I support these types of preemption laws. It’s unreasonable for people to have to navigate the quirks of every town. Imagine having a company that works in roofing and doing roofs in a four county area. Then having to navigate the rest and shade rules for each town or county? Plus, some super aggressive counties and cities who have fans of the nanny state elected try to abuse their county supervisor or city council seat to micromanage our lives. Hard pass.
