First I'm hearing about Liquid IV (gonna take a look), but Emergen-C (apparently we're stocked up on Essence C) is great. I don't do supplements, but I'd swear by liquid C.

I have never heard of anyone drinking Liquid iv every morning, though I have had to go to some parties on the ambulance and they have cases of it in the refrigerator. So at least they did prepare a little.

I play hockey competitively 3 nights a week and lift at least 2x. I'm not great about having 8oz water every hour or whatever so I boost it a little. As someone who is prone to leg cramps, it sure has helped

Speaking of Bowden, Singer has posted on the On3 Lou Somogyi Board that Michigan is trying to poach him.

Driskell is also saying on his board that Michigan has made a substantial offer.

Both are saying that it's likely not a problem, so long as ND can somewhat match it. Freeman & Bowden go back years at this point, and both believe in the work that they are doing at ND.
