Loy wet against Allen Triue's (spelling?) Prediction on this.
Is there anyone better than Loy in that industry?
No video but, last year's stats:Is there any film on him? I couldn't find a highlight reel.
Or anyone watched him play and share their opinion?
Agree, I think he will be a better tackler. But can he pick up the scheme/communication/chemistry that Brown/Watts and the entire D had.Bet he plays the strong safety robber safety role that brown played last year
My concern is less as long as the quality players keep coming (as they seem) and Golden is at the helm.certainly putting a squad together.
Pass rush might be only concern left on roster

I Heard he committed to the good guys.Have we Heard anything yet?
Between your other skills of film evaluation and bod squad rating, where would you rank this skill? Asking for a friend.I feel like I can read Loys tea leaves pretty well, and IMO he's already Irish just waiting to announce. Just my interpretation which I feel strongly about.
Traore is gonna play a lot he was a stud when he played at times this here. KVA is good enough to start nothing wrong with it if he doesn’t you will see a ton of him in blitz packages. We're set on the Portal, we should be able to compete in playoffs as is.
If we're really getting greedy - a RT (Baker looked rough anytime there was a stunt in bowl game).
Viper - I want Botehlo to stay but is he it?
LB - Starting KVA would be fun, but not sure it'd be good for 2024
I thought this, but then he really didn't play any meaningful snaps in the bowl game, instead Junior did. It can NOT be junior in the 2 deep next year at vyper, or really anywhere.Don’t s

OL is biggest worry I think if Baker struggles you will see them try different guys out all year
I'm not worried we have a boat load of young guys with potential shit Young might be read to play right awayI thought this, but then he really didn't play any meaningful snaps in the bowl game, instead Junior did. It can NOT be junior in the 2 deep next year at vyper, or really anywhere.
It's a big question mark that has to be addressed to have ANY chance of a Championship. My concern is less as long as the quality players keep coming (as they seem) and Golden is at the helm.
Interesting too because although we thought Jerrin Thompson w/TX may be a good fit, I read in one of the articles around his portal entry that he's considered one of the poorer tacklers among the TX safeties and is much better in pass coverage.Agree, I think he will be a better tackler. But can he pick up the scheme/communication/chemistry that Brown/Watts and the entire D had.
Brown was insanely assignment correct, he just couldn't make the big tackle or pick when it was right there for him
In Heard, the Irish landed a durable, experienced, aggressive, productive and downright angry safety to considerably upgrade the position alongside the All-American Watts.
Cracks me up some of the adjectives guys use to describe a player. Violent, angry, angry hands.![]()
Prister really loves Heard
Botehlo is staying another year-announced alreadyWe're set on the Portal, we should be able to compete in playoffs as is.
