Let's start by acknowledging the historic nature of this victory for Notre Dame over the mighty Beavers. No one believed in us, but we shocked the world!!!

Anyways...
1. Six of the past seven seasons now have 10+ wins. It's very sad that Gerad Parker basically robbed this team of a 11-2/12-1 style season, but there is no going back in time to fix us hiring Brian Ferentz Jr. in desperation.

2. You have to have a lot of optimism for next year. Should be a good group of a skill players on O, a good OL, and an elite defense if everyone comes back that has indicated that they will and we stay healthy with the key guys. The secondary -- in particular -- will be as good as it gets.

3. Angeli showed some moxy and I hope he stays. I don't think he has the tools to be an "elite" difference maker type of QB, but he does a lot of really good things and his issues seem to be the kind of things you can coach.

Frosted Flake bath isn’t nearly as cool as the mini pop tart bath of the Pop Tart bowl but it’s still cool.

I think my blood pressure went down somehow while watching the game today. That has to be a first.

They were prepared and executed at a high level, and most importantly, looked like they wanted to be there.

IDGAF about MF’s blunders along the path to gaining experience, he had everyone up for a game where most guys mail it in. That’s part of great coaching.

Ended the year putting 40 points on a top 20 team

10 wins

Every game was winnable this year. Team was held back by the coaching staff, mostly.

Subtracting Stuckey and Parker are major wins.

Sky's the limit for '24.

I thought Angeli, Faison, Price, Jagusah were excellent. Love was down a bit but very exciting talent.
As for D: Gray, Morrison, Cross, Burnham, Baptiste stood out.

Wow, Faison is the real deal, got to see what hopefully a healthy Thomas can do- still not sure if it is the competition or injuries but he's all or nothing... Def was relentless.. very happy for angeli and hope he sticks around because with Riley running, this is always a possibility we'll need him to win us a game or 2

Fiason is going to keep being a stud. Glad to see him get the mvp

See you boys in 2024, go get some more transfers MF
Can you imagine the controversy going into next year if Gelly won….
Let’s admit, the coaches have a say in the final MVP decision.

Had to be Faison. Very well deserved after seeing our WR group this year tho…..

1. Playoffs next year is THE minimum.
2. I believe Leonard is the last transfer quarterback we need for the foreseeable future IF everyone stays put for 2023.
3. Price is the best back on this team and nothing seen today had changed my mind.
4. Golden is such a pleasure to watch coach.
5. The defense is going to be the strength of this team next year and will only get better.

Not crying at all... missed FG...4th & 1 at GL.... 10 pts left on field.... could have been 50-8.
