Hartman's draft stock is pretty baked in at this point. His not playing probably has more to do with having seven or eight of his ten fellow starters on offense not playing either. Why go out there and lead the JV team? Give Angeli a shot.

I wonder how history will view Sam’s time at ND. The team didn’t really benefit on the field and Sam didn’t majorly improve his draft stock but everyone seemed to enjoying having him around and now more people know he’s really handsome.

It’s not my NIL money to spend, though. But I guess whoever does pay up saw Sam’s run and decided it was worth trying again this offseason.
