I agree. ND needs to capitalize right now, but this needs to be tightened from the NCAA and there are MANY ways.

Could rattle off 3 top of head, there are ways. A strong one that would solve 99% of the bad problems would be: Can only collect NIL at your original NLI school.. If you want to transfer, improve your stock, go to winning school, go for it. But it's not for money.

People think UGA is the favorite, but ND should kick the tires here. True Freshman from Vandy who had a solid season, had Ivy League offers out of HS. Should be easy to get him through admissions since he’s a true freshman.

Unironically, now is a great time to be ND, as we can use our $$$ and brand to fill gaps where we miss in recruiting to elevate our talent level.

FSU is a great example of this. Purely based off team talent, they are far off of the other top teams, however they were able to leverage NIL and brand to bring in Keeon Coleman, Verse, Fiske, and others.

That's where I'm at. Money isn't an issue when it comes to going after grad transfers. We either outbid or were at least competitive Auburn and Florida for Sam Hartman last year and my guess is ND offered Riley Leonard a very lucrative NIL deal. ISD said that ND can compete with the majority of schools when it comes to NIL with transfers and keeping players on the roster.
