Dike is legit solid. He had 700yds and 6TD last year. Bell had 444 and 5TD last year. Both regressed in that O this year, but I’d take Dike for sure.

His GF at the time was a junior track and field runner at PSU, and he was up there all the time with her (she has since graduated and is dating a backup LB at PSU from my town). They broke up around the time he chose OSU.

Man, I feel for Clark Lea. It's really hard to win at Vanderbilt, and it's become a larger challenge in the Portal Era.

That being said, he didn't do himself any favours this year.

He lost his QB, top three WRs, starting DL, starting LB, starting safety... and a handful of other contributors.

Wife is a Badger so I watched every UW game this year. They did not regress, Dike was IMO their best receiver. Their passing game sucked because their OLine and QB play was largely terrible.

I also watched a bunch of UW due to family and friends being Badger folks while an even greater number are Gopher folks hoping for their losses, receivers were not the problem. For all the OLine talent we’ve seen them have, they have never been incredible at pass protection and their system was never predicated on protecting the QB. Now it is for the first time ever and they didn’t adjust well.

They brought in Longo from UNC and completely changed their offense. It didn’t go well. Probably not on the players here.
