I bet our 2024 WR improves with these departures.

Agree, I think Freeman really wants to and needs to win (rightfully so) the bowl game. Losing your 3 WRs that played the most this year makes the bowl game tough, especially if thomas/colzie still aren't 100%.

Even in that scenario, i think faison and greathouse play well.

And if we're going to stay positive - just speculation but KK Smith was getting burried behind the 2023 three and Gilber and Cam Williams won't give AF who they pass in a few months.

KK Smith has more long term talent than Rico (no I don't hate Rico) and if this keeps him around, it may be a great thing.

EXACTLY, if we ever want ND to be able to really compete with the top dogs and win, we NEED players who aren't scared of competition...u think bama players are running to portal because they're bringing top players all the time....iron sharpens iron...either get better or get out.

I say don't let the door hit you in the ass on your way out. If he feels he can find a place better than go do it. Right now he was the 4th best in his class. Not a lot of bargaining power there.

well id hope that he understands you need more than 6 wr's on a roster. but again if what fans want are factoring into a kids decision on where he should go to school, likely wasnt gonna cut it at place like ND.

I don't recall him but apparently he's good and someone Tom said ND should (didn't say will) go after.

Yes, he's solid, didn't play as many snaps and rotated with another good SDE at duke, but he made an impact. I like him better than Miami dude.

Rashada is expected to leave also. So many teams are going to be how Wisconsin were this year with 3 brand new players in their QB room

Yes, Notre Dame needs to trim to roster to get to 85. They didn’t need to trim the entire fucking WR room to get to 85. This an absolute disaster.
