They're going to rally and beat PSU by 25. This is such bullshit, it's an anti punishment.

Around noon here in Chicago, both sports talk stations featured twat nuggets (that fuckwad NU schill who hung Golic Sr out to dry Greenberg on ESPN and two local meatheads whose names escape me at the moment because I usually am working at that time so I don't know their names on the Score) kept going on about how unfair it was to UM's players if something were to happen to Walmart Khaki Man.

Not once did any of them acknowledge how unfair it's been to every player at every school UM has played for the past 3 years that they played against a team, coaching staff, and players who were actively cheating against them. And yes, the players knew. All you need to see to figure that out is that video from the OSU game on the first drive where the players all signal to the guys on the field when Stallions identified the sign. Several guys are jumping up identifying the play at the same time as the coaches. They all knew. They're all guilty. Every last one of them.

And yet not one person in sports media in this town where the conference has its headquarters was willing to say "they made their bed, now they get to sleep in it." No, it's all "won't someone think of those poor UM players," instead what it should be, which is "what about those players on every other team who got screwed by this obvious cheating?" But I guess what should I expect from Chicago, where the closest program attempts to default itself into being "Chicago's Big Ten Team," while that same program raised an egomaniac into some messianic figure, at the same time allowing (if not condoning for the sake of "culture") rampant racism and sexual abuse.

But back to UM. This is what Michigan has always been: an athletic department built and sustained by morally bankrupt, intellectually dishonest, shit stains. Yost was a racist. Bo knew and allowed dozens, including his own son, to get sexually abused (he had games to worry about , just like JoePa). Jim is a sanctimonious liar. Michigan Men, one and all.

Michigan sucks. They've always sucked. They always will suck.

Really dumb to openly scoff at the punishment when it's very clear the issue BIG and NCAA have here is Michigan is delaying accountability, ie, playing the season in in hopes of winning and dealing with consequences later.

Everyone in charge understands the implications so I doubt this will be their final effort to thwart Michigan's plans.

Public perception matters, especially when you don't control whether you get into the playoffs. They have to be selected by the committee even if they coast the rest of the year. You have a team that's openly cheating, gets caught red handed and now telling everyone to fuck off. I could be wrong but I don't see this as something the committee will ignore.

Committee already stated clearly it's a NCAA issue, not a CFB committee issue. They'll be in.

So... Is there anyone other than Michigan fans doubting this? The entire Michigan defense flips between, "other teams are cheating too" and "you're trying to punish us too fast." None of it is, "we didn't do anything you're accusing us of doing."

Look at the evidence laid out on the document to Michigan:

I was gonna say the CFP committee is free to change its mind when ever it damn well pleases.

But wait, Warde Manuel is (the only Big Ten rep) on the CFP Committee this year? Holy shit.

What are the rules on ranking your own school?

You would think the B1G by laws would have a choice of venue clause to prevent being sued in any state court in all the states they are in for precisely this reason

Michigan is better at this "rules don't apply to me" than anyone I have ever seen. Getting a judge currently on the payroll of the school to grant you an injunction that will last through the end of the regular season lmao... what a freaking clown show.

When USC tried maybe 10% of this "eff you" attitude towards the NCAA they literally killed their program. Michigan is going to pay the piper... just not this season.

Well all those states would have personal jurisdiction but since the subject matter is entirely based on the B1G internal bylaws and contract structure then it should all be subject to a choice of venue clause where for fucks sake jams arbitration makes more damn sense then home cooked county judge.

Also why would Pennsylvania have to honor a tro from Michigan unless they have an interstate compact that addresses it. Pedo State should tell em to pound it unless they can get it domesticated on a Saturday morning.

If the judge, who is paid by the plaintiff, would grant this, could a complaint be lodged to the Bar? Or does that not matter cause it’s likely ran by Michigan alums?

Tom Brady's now tweeting out for the team. If you can't see how this is actually playing out you're blind. Hell the 2023 "punishment" came out and it's nothing.

They're making tshirts "Michigan vs the world" lol.
