feel free to fact check me as I did it quick, but I was looking at qb rating of past nd qbs. Last years was the worst qb rating as a whole since 2013. I wasn’t comparing us nationally.

My point was are we sure it’s not good to give your top qb a ton of reps? We’ll see this year, no excuse for Hartman to not be probably top 5-10 at worst in the country

A) Don’t know what you are talking about.

B) Why would I or anyone care who Driskell gets mad at.

C) Interesting point you bring up, because this was a situation that caused people to leave BGI under Singer. He literally told people they couldn’t discuss ND football away from the board together…I shit you not.

For example, let’s say you, me & another guy all live in Indy & hang out together. While hanging out we discuss ND football, in our freaking homes, in private. According to Singer, you can’t say, “hey, I heard on (fill in ND site) that (fill in player) is really looking good.” That’s against the rules.

So anyways, if I want to TEXT out info privately, or call someone & talk privately, or hang out with them privately, and discuss ND football…that’s our business.
As long as I don’t post it publicly on a board.

I apologize for noting the following simple impression that I had watching the OLineman video at the bottom of the IE opening page, as it really says nothing about real football play, but:

A. The three vets look/sound really confident about the OLine room; and
B. Sullivan Abshur looks REALLY big and mature and SMART. I'm anxious to see how he grows into this team over his career.

Again, shallow take by me ...

My first takeaway is John Brice is now at II.

I don't know what he was doing in an official capacity at ISD but I enjoyed his work.

Today’s practice was outside of the practice area that they have completely locked away from public eye. I hadn’t seen that before.

Since it's premium I can't post everything that stood out to me but maybe most was this.

On Ford being inside or outside:
”Right now he’s playing some field end for us, so he’s playing both. He’ll play some 5-technique and he’ll come in and play some 4-i. It’s just his body type. He’s a big kid; he’s a big athletic kid. So I think that’s the role we feel like will play to his strength?”

While Mills experiment playing outside came and went without much success. Ford is a better athlete and I'm glad he's dropping weight and they're seeing what he can do working outside.
