Depending on the return I’m fine with it.
"I mean, if I die tonight and Jonathan Taylor's out of the league, no one's going to miss us," he told reporters. "The league goes on. We know that. The National Football (League) rolls on. It doesn't matter who comes and who goes, and it's a privilege to be part of it. Now's the time for us to do our work. Now's the time as an organization. And, you know, players who are 24, 25 years old, now's the time to seize the moment."
Irsay was off the sauce?I’m not convinced Irsay isn’t back on the sauce. JT might be “replaceable” but you’re not going to get equal value. Really wish Jim would just shut his fucking mouth.
he should have responded its not pain its fatigue from carrying the teamAnd now reports are saying Taylor has back pain, but he tweeted that's not true. Nice soap opera.
I carry stress in my back. I would claim it as a mental health injury caused by Irsay.he should have responded its not pain its fatigue from carrying the team
Irsay knows all about how to treat back pain 😉And now reports are saying Taylor has back pain, but he tweeted that's not true. Nice soap opera.
If you were going to tank the season you should’ve just traded back in the draft and picked up a stud Olineman to pair with Nelson and waited for next year to draft Maye or Williams, both of which are way better than Richardson.
What happened last August? They fell in love with him last August. They were taking him.
I still really like that RB room you've got there. The only thing I'd worry about is if Dalvin Cook comes out HOT and stays healthy, I'm curious if they don't keep Breece's touches down this year to keep him healthy for 2024 and beyond, knowing that Cook is on a one year deal. That would water down your depth a bit.Good news is I traded Nick Chubb in my keeper league because I had Jonathan Taylor, Breece Hall, and James Cook.

My hand was forced to some degree. I can keep 2, plus a 3rd if it's a rookie. So, I had to deal one of the 4. I did the deal before the Taylor/Irsay situation and Cook to NY smoke got started. Felt really good about those 3 at the time, and I still do long term, but I definitely traded away the guy that seems likely to have the best 2023 season.I still really like that RB room you've got there. Not having Chubb hurts, but you definitely dealt from a position of strength. It's crazy how much the landscape of this league changes in one short offseason....
yeah they want a first or something equivalent of what SF gave up for McCaffery.Colts granting Taylor the right to seek a trade. Rumored to want a first for him. Seems Taylor will want a commitment of a long term contract. However, getting out of Indy might be motivation enough. No hate Colts fans.
If he doesn’t already know he will find out Irsay was just guilty of saying the quiet part out loud.Agree, the Colts are letting him look because they know no one will give them a first or a couple of seconds. The only possibility is if a team thinks they are a RB away from getting to the SB.
My guess is Taylor is back in uniform for the second week.
