Love me some crocs. Can wear those to just about any occasion. Don’t mind UA. If we become just another team under Nike that’s fine with me. Not much options. Just no Michael Jordan on our football jerseys please.

Way to bring shit to the football boards death monger. Never said anything about being pro-Putin but I guess I should expect that from an ignorant lemming like yourself.
Da fuq happened here? And where is Cack?

UA seems to transcend demographics and culture a bit more than just hunters. Also worn by golfers. Teachers. Casual Fridays. Gym folks. It’s more popular with middle class dads over 30 than with kids. Nike seems more popular with teenagers.

Just go Lulu damnit. The bookstore charges Lulu prices anyways.
Can confirm. UA golf shirts and shorts are pretty nice, and I want to look nothing like Gen Z at the gym. Apparently they all think it's 1991 again. High top sneakers, white tube socks, mullets, etc. No thanks.

And the young dudes wearing shorts that are shorter than some boxers I have...sheesh. Hideous.

I remember Champion having the best sweatshirts that would last through a nuclear blast....now they hit you in the face with ads about discounts for buying 6 at a time when you happen to walk in to Walmart, and only come in 3XL.

I still have this from the Holtz Era. I was in high school. It's in pretty good shape but I did have to make it a Belichick sweatshirt during Covid and ditch the sleeves since they were pretty ratty. It is the Iron Man piece of clothing in my closet.

ndfanatic78 is posting some Kremlin proponga in thread about Ukraine.

He is right though that I should leave it in there.
I’m not posting propaganda dbag. I was posting facts that your piss ant brain couldn't handle but you’re finally right about something you should have left it there.😘

I still have a Reebok coaches pullover from the Holtz era that fuqs.

I also have a 10 year old 1/4 zip from the Adidas era. Not as 🔥but it's held up really well.

As for the next supplier, I am hoping Nike.

I like UA sweatshirts, but that's about it.

At the end of the day, this decision should be about what the coaches and athletes want. I would bet large sums that they want Nike. As long as the offer is decent they should do it instead of getting hung up on having the highest offer from a company that's trending down.

The Champion t-shirts they sell for like $20 at the bookstore are basically indestructible. I buy a green one every 12-15 years and wear it every game day.

Perhaps this would be a good opportunity for ND to demonstrate to recruits that just because someone is offering you more upfront money (UA), it doesn’t mean that’s the best investment for you future…wink wink

Practice what you preach and all that

If I were a rival and the University chooses UA then this is 100% the argument I would make to recruits.

Just watched "Air" last night... the story of how Michael Jordan signed with Nike. Jordan was the first player to get a cut on the sales of his product line. Ironically, Nike is too big now to ever entertain something like this for college kids.

To me, this is the play with UA. We will take your money, but you need to dedicate a few licensing deals every year to our primary high school recruit on offense and defense... and this deal has to be exclusive to Notre Dame. UA might not be cool to these kids, but money is.

It gives UA an opportunity to get in the ground floor on future stars and allows ND an NIL advantage while still being able to pretend like they arent playing the game. Meanwhile, FUND can pay the entire roster with the blessings of the admin.

You're the douche that took this out of the Ukraine thread not me, but keep running your mouth and making degenerate jokes, tribalist. How many dollars is worth all the death and destruction you are cheering on?

It's your opinion that Nike wouldn't do a shoe deal with incumbent Heisman winner Caleb Williams while he's at USC? Not with Marvn Harrison Jr or Brock Bowers?

I'm pretty sure they'd crawl over broken glass to get into CFB player shoe deals. Everybody's unsure of that 1st step, is all.

I'm chill brother. I eat tons of fruit, not sure why the directive, but I am not going to take shit from some death monger on a message board. Especially when he's the one instigating it. Can you show me anywhere I instigated violence? All I did was respond to some juvenile dbag and I will continue to. Peace be with you.
