Unsurprising the trash who drink bud light discover a better tasting beer....by the same company without knowing it. Instead of railing against education they would be better served actually getting some lmao.

This muddies the waters a bit:
"Anheuser-Busch InBev owns both brands, but it does not control Modelo in the US, where it is owned by New York-based conglomerate Constellation Brands."

I'm sure most people wouldn't know that Mexico originated Modelo was purchased by InBev. It looks like they've taken a bit of the new business, but they were already #2. Yeungling has also benefitted from the boycot, as have other brands Coors, Miller Lite, and PBR. I'm a bit surprised, I thought Coors was still #2 here, but they also flip back and forth discussing Bud Light as the #1 brand in the world, and then talk about national sales.

Eh, Anheuser is still getting railed and most of their lost market isn't going to Modelo. Its going to Coors and Miller.

Look at the shelves. People don’t want to be associated with the woke bullshit. A guy decides to parade as a woman in costume and try to normalize bulges and people don’t care for it. Bud Light has been well stocked everywhere. Miller was abundant at the 500 last week.

Modelo has been on the rise and climbing pretty much every year/quarter. Maybe you are the one not educated… this “rise” has been the norm for awhile with Modelo, predating homo-beer.

Stout or GTFO

Hey, that rhymes...
I am not picky with beer, but stouts are toward the bottom of my preference list.

Domestic light big three: 1) Miller 2) coors 3) bud

Domestic heavy big three: 1) bud heavy 2) coors banquet 3) miller genuine

Correct. My buddy works at Constellation Brands so he’s always pushing all the Mexican beers on me. The Modelo Oro isn’t bad for a light beer. I’m not a fan of their Especial or Negra. Most light beers are watered down (I guess that’s the point) but Oro seems even more watered down. I‘ll drink all the beer he wants to comp me though.

I couldn’t care less. One: I never liked Bud Light to begin with (but I’d drink it if free or all they had); Two: people can drive themselves crazy trying to boycott every corporation w/ whole they have some disagreement. If they want to boycott Bud Light still knowing it’s likely their money will still go to InBev (owners of AB), then more power to them.

What am I missing? Then why implement the new design? Seems to me the new design is to minimize theft, not because it wasn't as bad as they thought.

The move comes after Walgreens chief financial officer told investors on an earnings call earlier this year that executives may have overstated the effects of organized shoplifting.

'Maybe we cried too much last year,' James Kehoe said.

Kehoe also said that the company had 'probably' mischaracterized how much theft took place in the chain's stores and may have spent too much introducing security measures.

It’s like playground politics. If you admit you are weak in a school full of bullies you become easy prey and easy outlet for the bully. Deflecting is all they are doing with these comments.

Everything is cooked - If someone is going to buy something just because a company puts a rainbow flag on it than they are operating at a room temp IQ.

"Nike's new "diversity" shoes show Nike's commitment to the global community, buy now to support our efforts in building a better environment!" "Support the 8 year old children who've made these shoes, we'll make sure to pass on 0.001 per every 10,000 sales!"

This seems...excessive. Supposedly 145 days devoted. As someone once said, if government buildings and businesses are flying your flag you're celebrated not oppressed. Way too many "T" days, just reinforces the misinformation that group has been fed. The "LGB without the T" has the right idea. People need to quit making mutilation a normal thing and talk about real help.

I have a serious question for our friends on the other side of this issue. No gotcha setup or anything. I seriously want an intelligent, informative answer from our friends on the Left. Let's say you have two people born as typical biological men. As adults, one of them decides he's a woman trapped in a man's body and begins to dress as a woman, changes his name to a woman's name, identifies as a woman, and etc., but doesn't have surgery or take hormones or hormone blockers. The second guy feels completely like a man, identifies as a man, but enjoys wearing women's clothes and works as a drag queen. What's the difference between the two? What makes one a woman in your view while the other isn't? If the first person suddenly decides they aren't going to identify as a woman any longer, do they instantly stop being a woman and become a man again? If so, what made them a woman in the first place?

Toronto? Cack? 41? ArmyIrish? jprue? Anybody? Surely at least one of you can give a reasonable answer to these questions and explain the difference to me.

Seems to be quite a bit of difference going on in their brains.
