I'm starting to wonder if our new baseball coach is properly dialed in. We took an 8-4 lead into the ninth inning of our game vs N Carolina. Its now 10-8. Carolina has scored 6 runs and the pitcher who started the ninth, Bosch, is still pitching and has not recorded an our. Six batters, six hits, six runs. Ugh.

Edit: I just checked and he is as is Casey Kmet who looks exactly like Col.

Nice win for the baseball team yesterday.

Anyone know how the attendance is at baseball games? Aren't they still free admission?

Good to see them back winning. The game I watched at Clemson it was tough to watch.

baseball team improved to 22-15 on the season by winning the second game against 8th ranked UVA today to win the series. game 3 is later today

Just looked up the Conference standings and FSU is at the bottom 6-17. Last year they were 15-15

Nice series for the Irish against Link & FSU. #3 Freshman Estevan Moreno had a nice series.

FSU has a 44 year streak of making the postseason tournament. FSU has never finished below .500. Both streaks are about to fall. FSU is 15-27 with 12 games left in the season.

Pat Murphy to be named Brewers manager, replacing Counsell who got the Cubs job. ND ties with two MLB managers, never though I'd see that.

I was gonna ask if Rice has taken a step back as a program, but a road sweep is a sweet way to start the season regardless of who we are playing. Not easy to win 3 in a row at home or on the road.

I think they’re past the days of Jose Cruz, Jr & Lance Berkman but a road sweep in the south is still impressive.

This is incredibly understated. The advantages southern schools have with nearly year round outdoor practice is immense.

We did not have a turf field when I played so legitimately our first time on a baseball field in over 4 months would be the Thursday night we rolled into Alabama the night before our first game each year. Wild to think we would just show up to D1 sporting event and not actually practiced it live in 4 months. That doesn’t happen in any other sport.
