This is what is meant by a political witch hunt when the entire government system in that part of the country is a Democrat one party system. This is why they are going after Trump in these specific areas. They are filled with Democrat government officials and a democrat general population.

Why are charges against Trump not being brought in Republican areas, or 50/50 areas? Or even "lean Democrat" areas of the country? Because they are not areas where Democrats can rigged the system from start to finish. They are only in "heavy Democrat" areas where the key people in the process (DA's, Judges, etc) are people who have gone on record in their campaigns and with their pocketbooks as being openly anti-Trump and committed to resisting his Presidency and runs for reelection.

Thinking Trump gets anything close to a fair shake in these highly intentional hand selected areas is unreasonable and irrational. Nothing more or less.

You bring charges where the crime is committed. So if Trump (or you or me) commit crimes, that's generally where you get charged for it. Not sure on some of the federal stuff. Might be different there. So the idea of Trump getting hit in New York makes perfect sense. That's really not at issue here.

Guys chill. I think Bobby is just asking why he isn't being prosecuted in all the other states where he's broken laws. Which I personally think is a totally valid question. I think there's some sort of conspiracy in red states to keep him out of prison.

Not sure I'd be quoting Avenatti. But he is being charged with crimes that people have already done time for and they did these crimes at his direction and for his benefit. IDK That seems important. In any event this is going to be very slow to move forward. His first in person hearing isnt until December.

you've clearly not been following this trial lmao....The judge has been ripping up Tacopina's methods and attempts to smear Carroll. Its hilarious how bad its going for them. Literally ever motion he has tried to provide has been dismissed and the Judge's response have been great. Tacopina just filed for a mistrial and the Judge was like stfu and keep on... you stil have more witnesss to cross examine lol.
