Turner's still my goalkeeper.
Otherwise OK with the comments except who's captain. Adams is fine but not the vocal leader I want.

Thoughts on USMNT after Morroco/Uruguay friendlies:

1) It's clear after today that Scally isn't starter quality. LB belongs to A Robinson.

2) There is a plethora of talent in the attacking third but no striker.

3) Pulisic and Weah have to be on the field.

4) Aaronson and healthy Reyna should be on the field.

5) Adams is the most important player on the team followed closely by Zimmerman.

6) the Musah we saw vs Uruguay can elevate the MF to another level but then where does healthy Reyna play?

7) I like de la Torre a lot but I don't know how to get him on the field

8) Mckennie is not close to being in form but he's still very important for this team

9) our best keeper is not Steffan, he may be 3rd or 4th.

10) most importantly, this young team looks pretty dangerous. Tall task with the group now that Wales locked up a spot but should still be favored to emerge to the knock out rounds.

Adams is the most important player on the pitch. He's more than fine, he does all the things that don't show up in a box sheet. He a calming presence with great awareness and touch. Imo he's been near flawless. Maybe the one knock is service of longer balls to the wings but he's not really asked to do that.

Cool it. I said Adams would be "fine" as captain, but I'd rather have a more vocal guy. That's what the conversation was about in that exchange. Nobody with any sense thinks that Adams and Pulisic (and now Zimmerman) aren't the first three names the coach writes on the starter sheet.

That's fair. Some of the best leaders I've played with aren't the most vocal.

Yeah, apparently Manchester United started this with him a month ago, then decided to slow it down and focus on FDJ. Here we are, Liverpool coming in because the United hierarchy completely blows. Can't wait to see the garbage this team produces once Ronaldo is gone and we don't have any striker.

I gotta tell you I don’t want to sound like an ass but every now and then I watch ManU fan reaction videos. And I have never laughed so hard to find out how many of these fans call Maguire a Donkey. Lmaooooo. I die like every time.

It’s amazing how bad Chicago always is while they consistently have great young goalies

Everything opposing fans say about United is accurate at this point. I'm a fan, but I can obviously see the team is run poorly. From what I'm reading, everything gets put in motion, and then once it needs the final approval from the top (Woodward/Joel Glazer) it stalls. They won't let the teams go after multiple targets at one time (for some dumb reason) and the sooner they get out the better. The striker market this summer is pretty much Nunez >>>>>everyone else. Which means everyone else's price will be inflated. It's not going to screw us this season (more than we're already screwed this season), but once Ronaldo leaves, we have zero strikers. Tons of wingers, but nobody up top. Looks like De Jong will get over the line and I'm hoping Pau Torres and Jurrien Timber come, but wouldn't be surprised to see them screw it up.

Lol,… awesome. One of my few legit regrets was not getting married in my Black Watch kilt,… I did however walk down the aisle to Scotland the Brave on bagpipes tho so there’s that

You called it. That was truly awe-ful.
Too many peasants watched and the vibes threw them off apparently,… lol

Their first touches and attempts at final balls were amazingly bad,… yes, even for normal USL standards. Oh well

Pogba on a free to The Old Lady looks done.

Can someone explain to me what Paulo Dybala does to justify all this high praise and salary. I’ve seen little to nothing out of him when he isn’t injured.
