Driskell just said on the IB Youtube show that Dante and CJ aren't afraid of competition and that CJ committing wouldn't impact Dante's decision.I want both. Get greedy
“I’ve known for awhile where I want to go,” Carr told 247Sports. “I’m excited to get this out there and start recruiting for that school.”Committing on June 9, per Wiltfong.

Five-star 2024 QB CJ Carr set to commit on CBS Sports HQ
The Saline (Mich.) High standout is ready to wrap up his process and start recruiting for the school of his choice.247sports.com
Cool. Thanks. Noted.Driskell just said on the IB Youtube show that Dante and CJ aren't afraid of competition and that CJ committing wouldn't impact Dante's decision.
The ending to that game will always have a special place in my heart.
On top of that, losing him to ND. Just straight up embarrassing. How hard of a sell is that? Absolutely unacceptable."
This right here. A throwback.I agree. But you gotta love a 5 star QB that doesn't want to play games. He knows where he wants to be and wants to recruit for the program. Thats the kid we need!
Clausen followed by Crist (at the time) was pretty bonkers.Dante Moore followed by CJ Carr would be the greatest recruiting gets in my lifetime. For so many reasons.
I'd rather have Carr '23 and Sayin '24, then have nobody '23 and Carr '24. Just Sayin. What about the likelihood of Carr reclassifying to 23’? If that is realistic, that changes things for Moore obviously.
Loy recently said that he wasn't ruling out the possibility. Would have to think some of that decision lies with what Moore does. What about the likelihood of Carr reclassifying to 23’? If that is realistic, that changes things for Moore obviously.
They'll land someone else at QB in 23 if Carr doesn't reclassify lol.I'd rather have Carr '23 and Sayin '24, then have nobody '23 and Carr '24. Just Sayin.
Carr is older than Moore, fyiThey'll land someone else at QB in 23 if Carr doesn't reclassify lol.
Competition. Nothing more.Carr is older than Moore, fyi
Not sure why they would "have" to get another QB.
I am not a fan at all of skipping a class at any position, ever. Especially not at the most important position on the field. If Moore decides that he doesn't want to come to ND because Carr commits, and Carr doesn't want to reclassify, ND should 100% go after another QB in the 23 class. Whether it's Avery Johnson, Marco Lainez, Rickie Collins, or whoever else.Carr is older than Moore, fyi

At least 1 QB in every recruiting class is an absolute must, otherwise you end up with a 2010 situation where you had Dayne Crist, a walk-on, and a bunch of freshmen.I am not a fan at all of skipping a class at any position, ever. That's a pretty apples to oranges compAt least 1 QB in every recruiting class is an absolute must, otherwise you end up with a 2010 situation where you had Dayne Crist, a walk-on, and a bunch of freshmen.
Literally any QB we’re in on for 23/24 >>>>>>>> Jack Coan. That's a pretty apples to oranges comp
With the transfer portal rules now, ND could easily scoop up a good 1 year rental. (and have already).
I was comparing to the 2010 and 2011 years, like the previous poster.Literally any QB we’re in on for 23/24 >>>>>>>> Jack Coan.
You take a QB in every class. Between transfers and injuries and flameouts, you need the bodies. Even if it's "just" a three-star. Who knows they might turn out to be Ian Book.Carr is older than Moore, fyi
