Thought, “Maybe it isn’t THAT bad.” Nope. It is.

Oh my. Just when I thought QB recruiting couldn’t get any worse. The social media department adds insult to injury.

In their defense, our social media department has been killing it recently. Though Vizzina is probably the worst possible guy they could pick to screw up on.

We all misspell things however you are THE graphics department for ND Football. You can’t mess up a everyday name like Chris.

This kid won’t admit it but I be he does. When all the other top recruits text him, call him, or message him on social media and say haha ND can’t spell Chris right and they are the academic school.

The recruiting department shouldn't make silly mistakes like this but I really doubt a recruit cares so much about something so insignificant. If a kid is immature enough to let this impact his decision he probably shouldn't be here anyways.

Yeah that would be as embarrassing as messing up figthing up or something.

"Figthing" is at least entertaining.

He could tell them he's joining the long, proud tradition of Dayne Christ, Tommy Reese, Everett Gholston, etc.

If a kid won't come here because we made him something with a small error that's otherwise awesome- he'd never stick anyway.

Last Sunday during the Chiefs and the Bills game, we were texting throughout the whole game because Josh Allen is my favorite quarterback. He sees a lot of Josh Allen’s abilities in me. We were texting about the game like ‘Oh my gosh, look at that throw….

Don’t want to overstep on this update because Loy went in depth but a short noteworthy part is he’d be closer to a Vizzina than Moore CB

The news that we “may lead” for Moore could prod Vizzina to make a move.

Moore seems a bit more "cant miss" than Vizzina, but they both look pretty damn good.

Vizzina's running looks like a lot of fun, but Moore's release and decision making looks wild next level.

This is exciting.

I posted on the 11th I’d still be more optimistic they land Vizzina than Moore. And it’d stick with that still now. It’s not a downer on Moore stuff either just I think the stars align and play out for Vizzina more, or at least more likely.

Is that because you think Vizzina's a better prospect, Dale? Or you think its more likely we get him?

I do think he’s better but can’t go wrong. I think his timeline comes first and I have more faith Rees can show what he needs to show in the Spring football wise and wrap it up than I do they can close a more extended, even if it’s weeks/months, timeline and more complicated recruitment on Moore.

I haven't seen Vizzina play in a live game, but I watched Moore when they played against Carmel who is always one of the top teams in Indiana and that kid can ball. He was throwing darts on the run and dropping dimes in tight coverage. His ability to run and throw with strength and accuracy is outstanding.

Just going to say it, Vizzina's lower body reminds me very much of Peyton Manning. Has lightning footwork and puts his hips in the right position to make accurate throws.

I can't say who's the better prospect. I just want to land one of them. But it feels like there are a lot more heavy hitters chasing Vizzina, and he is from SEC country, which makes me even more anxious than going one-on-one with Michigan for a kid from Detroit.
