Rees has proved nothing. He struggles to make adjustments I really wish he would have moved on.

He just put up 542 yards of offense in the Fiesta Bowl against a good defense. Also beat Clemson last year, destroyed a good Iowa State team in 2019, and played pretty well against an Alabama super team last year. Pretty good showing tbh, and the players swear by him. It was a poor team effort in the 2nd half, and I think we needed to see more consistency from our senior WRs. They got shut down in the 3rd and most of the 4th quarters.

Well he better be because he hand picked him over McCarthy after watching both throw. And based on what we’ve seen from McCarthy, he has a ton of arm talent and potential.

I have cooled down and I now am not reading anything much into Buchner's lack of involvement. There was no really obvious time to go to him.
Buchner is now the number 1 and Rees needs to have him ready to go big time by OSU or else I want Rees gone. I seemed to have lost my cool again there at the end.

Or what about the first play of the second half. You just gave up 14 points in 5 mins and they haven't seen TB all game what better time is there?

You should start mentally preparing yourself to see Drew Pyne take the first snaps in Columbus because Tommy likes his knowledge of the playbook.

Drew balled out against Wisconsin and was looking pretty good against Cinci until there was a costly drop or two. I'm not against Drew being the guy if he ends up being the best we have on roster. Whoever executes the game plan the best...put 'em in. Stars don't mean shit once you're on campus, you gotta make the plays.

Before the season everyone said expect Drew Pyne because Tommy likes his short QBs. Then it wasn’t Pyne.

During the season during struggles, It was start Pyne. They didn’t.

Now another off season and already reading the expect Pyne because Rees… posts again.

It won’t be Pyne. The odds it’s Buchner is incredibly high. Second would be a transfer. Pyne is not going to be the starter. They’ve never shown any desire to start Pyne besides BKs coach speak of liking to pretend the QB battle is open competition every Spring.

What is the ceiling here, Sam Howell?

I liked Howell but I think he ultimately fell into a UNC dumpster fire of bad timing.
