Five star QB from Louisiana verballed to LSU. Why would he come to ND, to not play for two years and develop "traits"?

His height makes him a slam bang CBK QB, though, that's what catches my eye.

Watched his highlights. He measured 6' tall at The Opening and has moderate athleticism with adequate arm strength... how is this not just another Ian Book? It's hard to see how he's rated where he is, but I guess he looked good at the Elite 11.

I think this will end up being exactly what it is represented as……an unofficial visit that has no ulterior motive. Aren’t things always as they appear?

Notre Dame needs to start recruiting QB's 6'3 or taller and ones that can move around. If our OL is shit then we need a mobile QB

That's why I posted what I did. It's not jumping out to me, but then I'm not a college coach or talent evaluator like Koon. Maybe it's between the ears?

If we tell ourselves the 5 star isn’t that good then it keeps us from being upset when he doesn’t pick us.

Kool isn't much of an on the field recruiting expert, more of a shirts off evaluator.

Could Rees be playing chess rather than checkers?????

Is it possible that he just wants to have a working relationship with Walker and the family so that If he stays with LSU, that ND will be the first call he makes when and if he decides to enter the transfer portal.

For the accountants, is having a good relatinship with some portal potential an asset, necessary in modern roster management?.

Further, after weak Auburn upset LSU is a coaching change now more likely in Baton Rouge, where the Tigers still have to play

If it isnt going to be Howard they still need another QB in the class so maybe go after Brady Allen or someone like that.
