If I were to guess, Johnson will be in the booth for the Wisconsin game in Chicago.
Mark Packer is just such a fan of the game and I'm here for it. You can tell he loves what he does everyday, it fires me up. And you nailed it, he has an uncanny way of not showing any bias at all, despite the fact that he does coverage for the ACC network and lives in Charlotte.
Agree wholeheartedly on McIlory. At the beginning of the broadcast, he did appear to tip his cap to BK and his efforts the past 5 years and said he expects a reload more than a rebuild. It appears to me that he changed his tune a bit over the past few years when he would have sort of an arrogant "let's calm down, it's ND, they can't hang" air about him when we played a bigger opponent.
Don’t forget Packer is a Clemson alum & both daughters went/attend Clemson. You’d never know by his straight shooting. Love that guy.
Maybe I missed it but I never heard McElroy or Tess mention that ND lost 4 OL from last season to the NFL or that ND was without Bothelo, Diggs & Flemister. To me, that’s key background info that is relevant. I didn’t find out ND was missing the aforementioned three until I saw it posted on Twitter.
Yeah I like that show in the morning, they do a nice job. I also love Mark Packer in the evenings on the drive home. I'm pretty much dialed in to ESPNU radio from July - January.
On the second bold, I'm not aware of Herbie being a Bama homer? I think Herbie or any other analyst are just blown away by the ability Saban has to lose as much talent, year after year, to the NFL yet they just reload and never skip a beat. Bama is probably going to go down as the best dynasty in the history of College Football, maybe even sports. I just look at it as him doing his job and making the same predictions anyone else does; Bama has been the best for over a decade, and will likely continue to do so as long as Saban is running that program.
I meant he isn't as bad of a Bama homer as Herbie has become a OSU homer, my bad on that.

lol Herbie literally left the state of Ohio with his wife and kids to avoid OSU fans who would accost him daily in the streets for being "Anti-OSU"

That was when he had his radio show & said that Tressel should be punished & OSU on probation. He moved to Nashville because OSU fans were threatening his family.
The worse story I’ve ever heard was when Chris Speilman was critical like Herbstreit & OSU fans were harassing him & saying they were glad his wife died from cancer & they hope his daughters do too. Horrible.

Is this guy affiliated with any legit company or is he like so many others that wanna be?
He’s been an annoying fanboy for a couple years.

Hah I apparently have that guy on mute. Must've been posting BS long before this.
Jack Sullivan is GBdomer right?
I could be wrong, but wasnt GB's first name Michael?
I thought Dee Brees had an impressive debut performance as the analyst in today’s game. Looking forward to hearing more from him the rest of the season, although it’s probably gonna be tough for me him to be biased next week with his Alma mater coming to town.
