got the game today, pretty good so far but you can tell the graphics took a step back and such...

anyway, I have played six games, won five but have an official record of 0-1... why?

I have played with KU and ND of course and every one of the first five games the 360 would give me a disk read error in the 3rd or 4th Q after I have built a large lead... :soapbox:

In the last game that i just finished I played Mizzou with the Jayhawks and lost 10-7... I dominated the game but the fumble problem I had in the demo bit me on the ass... four red zone turnovers... two while holding the cover button... I was sacked on 4th down with one minute left... Mizzou's blitz packages are pretty challenging and have been for some years now, I usually run right at them but didn't have that ability on the final drive

Long story short, the game finally played all the way through on the game I lost... figures doesn't it??? lol

all in all it's a cool game, but still more into MLB right now I must admit...

i ordered ncaa by way that it was supposed to come last night at 1201 and it didnt come at all today. I get a call from DHL, its not coming for another 4 days. Fuc&king pissed

I had to go to three different stores to get it, and I don't live in that big of a town. BTW, its a pretty cool game so far, but the controls are a little different for PS3.

Prince is a gamebreaker. DD is a STUD and the defense is crazy good.

I'm sure everyone has their favorite QB as the starter. I bet theres alot of Dj and Clausen starters out there, I wonder if anybody has Sharpley starting? If you have Frazer starting well.......I don't know what to say about you. My personal favorite.....Jimmy f'n Clausen.

I got the game a little early... so I am 7 games deep in my dynasty.... and I will say that the game seems a little choppy on my 360...but hopefully they will have a software patch soon.....

Prince is a Game Breaker, man I have him splitting 50/50 with Aldridge...thunder and lightning... 96 speed

Brockington is a beast...don't know where that came from but I am sure he is fired up

Travis Thomas is kinda lost in the shuffle at RB

Starting Clausen but Demetirus has came in for some mop up duty and lookied impressive with his speed

Defense is dominating....right now I am # 1 rush D.... #5 pass D.....undefeated going into SC weekend...

Recruiting is alot different...way more involved...not sure I like it..... we will have to get used to it

My buddy got it and I only played a few plays on my lunch break, but I thought it was bad ass, the tug of war is pretty cool also

Most of the Game Releases now are triggered at the Consoles first...normally there is a couple of months difference between Console, and PC release... Look for it before septemeber though

My friend was UT and I was the Irish. It took a half but I went 5 wide with DJ and it was on. The secoundary is real good(a big change from previous years.) Overall I like the game, it is alot like the other years. I have a PS3 and with a 5 dollar deposit was promised it yesterday.
The superstar mode or whatever it is does not look too good. You play 4 high school games to get your rep up. You only control yourself so if a guy drops a pass or the D stinks you can get beat.

Has a PC version been released in the past? I don't remember seeing one. I thought that the last one was in the late 90s.

My favorite part about breaking in the game last night was seeing that they have Harrision Smith as a black guy on my Ps2. :laugh:

Yep, and Paskorz is apparently from a suburb of Chicago. A fe other of the home towns are off, and most of the freshman numbers are wrong as well as a few of the players posistions, but at least almost all of the freshmen are in the game. The only one that isn't is B.Walker.

My fist drive on the game started with a 43 yard KR by A.Allen, then I followed with 4 runs by Aldridge, and then a TD pass from Clausen to Grimes on a deep post.

BTW what's up with that walk-on WR, #42 I forgot his name, being listed as a LB. None of the other walk-ons are even in the game. Bemfender was also left off the Irish Roster.

They made quite a few mistakes on mine, like (before inputting a player's name) there would be two people who's last name would be #42, yet their jersey numbers were completely opposite. And there was an OL who I didn't find on any roster, so I figured that was Bemfender.
I do wish the rosters were updated, I went ahead and put Prince at DB, and moved some DE to OLB etc.

Can you tell the difference in frame rate of the game? I was told that it was half of that of the 360 but was wondering what you thought.

My commet about Prince was a huge misuse of the word gamebreaker, he in fact is the greatest offensive force in the game.

I don't really know much about that stuff, but it seemed fine to me. If it were any faster, you wouldn't know what the hell was going on.
