wiltfong says it is just grades for 2, 1 wants to stay closer to home and 1 just committed to early....IF so just bad luck...im not sure south carolina is a better job at all....better weather and closer to better recruits sure, but he has himself in a decent position to win the big 10 every year...wouldn't be the case at the sec

His name has been brought up quite a bit down here in Columbia, but most do not think there is any chance they get him. They're fairly realistic about MSU being an equal to, or better job than, job when compared to USC.

Strange. These power 5 conferences are bitching and moaning constantly that ND should be required to join a conference in order to make the playoffs. If they really wanted that, having ND count as a power 5 game is not the way to force the issue.

Having us not count as a P5 game would be

1) A joke when they play teams like Kentucky, Indiana, Purdue, and Kansas
2) Bad for the bottom line since we tend to fill stadiums.

[UM Fan] Its just ESPN their stats don't mean anything, we have the hardest schedule with depleted OSU and MSU on the road!

Conference teams who will not play a FCS game this year

Conference teams who will not play a FCS game this year

Beginning this season, the B10 initiates nine conference games with three non-conference games against FBS competition - unless FCS teams were previously scheduled.

As it turns out, six BIGs will not play FCS games in 2016 - Ohio State, Mich, Penn St, Nebr, Wisky and Indiana. In 2017, seven BIGs did not play FCS games, including all of the above minus Indiana and plus Michigan State and Minn.

Other Conferences
SEC - In 2015, two teams - Florida and LSU - did not play any FCS games. In 2016, all teams will play FCS games.

ACC - In 2015, all teams played a FCS game. In 2016, Louisville will not play any FCS games. Of note, Louisville does play Charlotte who joined FBS last year, going 2-10. Louisville goes back to playing a FCS game in 2017.

Big 12 - In 2016 as in 2015, only two teams - Oklahoma and Texas - do not play FCS games.

Pac 12 - As in 2015, four teams - USC, UCLA, Stanford and Utah - will not play a FCS game in 2016.

Over 2015 & 2016, only twelve teams do not play a FCS game - Ohio State, Mich, Penn St, Nebr, Wisconsin, Texas, Oklahoma, USC, UCLA, Stanford, Utah and Notre Dame.

The two women told police they were drinking wine at their apartment when one began messaging a football player about having a threesome. Eventually, he picked them up and took them to a residence in the 800 block of Hayes Street in West Lafayette.

There, investigators say, they reportedly drank more alcohol and smoked marijuana with four football players before the women asked for a ride to a nearby sorority house. By 12:30 a.m., the females requested a ride back to the Hayes Street apartment, according to the police report.

The women told police they began having sex with two of the football players in a bedroom upstairs. After several minutes, the other two men in the room at the time initiated unwanted sex with them, they said. When questioned by police, the football players said they believed the sex was consensual but said, however, that one of the women asked one of the men to stop, and he did.

In separate statements to investigators, all parties said nobody was intoxicated to the point of being incapacitated that night.

The alleged victims have retained counsel, although according to the Associated Press they aren’t considering a lawsuit. Rather, they are looking for the players to be expelled from school.

...and it ain't like they unlocked the door and joined uninvited. Per the write up, they were both having sex with separate guys in front of the other two, in the same room. Sounds like the real problem here is... one of the girls texted about a 3some, not both so the 4th guy should have sat that one out or got a signed, Yes means Yes waiver, before he went all PIIHB... but I ask...who has ever sat that one out in the history of history without going straight for the assumptive close? Glad I'm past all that mess.
