Scout actually has probably the best evaluators doing the rankings out of the recruiting networks. They don't really have a specific "Rivals 5-Star Challenge" or backed by the US Army All-American Bowl, so they are pretty objective in their rankings.......aka They base it off the film and also what they see at the camps, but not going to a specific camp doesn't hurt a player with Scout.

Sure they do. It's all I follow out here in SoCal. Biggins and Huffman do a great job. Allen Trieu in the midwest does good work too. A lot of free stuff for guys like me.
Scout does as good a job as any of the other sites.
