Ok, I thought it over last night. While I don't have a need for v-cash, it's kind of lame to just give a small taste to everyone and then the money's gone. Wheres the fun in that?

So, in the spirit of BobD's contest, I'm going to hold onto a lump sum of the cash and let the interest accumulate over the period of 3 months or so. At roughly 8 billion a night in interest, there will be a trillion dollars to give away sometime this summer.

I still plan on giving out some small chunks to everyone that participated though! Heres how we'll do it: If you would like a slice, just rep this post for me and in the rep message just give me a link to any post that you made in Bob's contest thread that's locked. I'll then give out a one time $5 billion gift. Any remaining cash in my bank will go towards the next trillion give away.

I haven't forgotten about giving away the next trillion dollars in the spirit of BobD's contest. In fact, just last night I eclipsed the trillion mark. I'm thinking I'll let the interest accumulate over 1 more month, then there will be a trillion vBucks contest again around this time next month. I figure that will be a good time as we should see some posters return for fall practices. Plus, the extra interest will let me keep a little in the bank so I can appropriately tip people for posts and other things in the future.

Monday will be the next give away! I posted in this thread in the hopes that it will hit everyone subscribed to this thread as well as anyone that's checking the Lounge. So, keep an eye on the Lounge on Monday. A trillion v-Bucks will be given away before the Rice game. Go Irish!

It'll be similar I think, but different. I haven't come up with all the questions yet, but I'm thinking it'll be somewhat of a scavenger hunt with 5 questions.

Some will relate to ND Football, some will relate to me, and/or some will relate to both. I'll post the initial questions probably around 5pm, that way the jobless aren't at a disadvantage (Unless they work 2nd or 3rd shift...in which case I'm sorry).

I'll probably add hints every hour or two until someone gets the correct answers. I might limit the answers to 1 every 10 minutes too, since the answers will most likely not be all numbers. It would be rather easy to spam answers if I asked something like "What's my favorite color?"

No, it'll be like Bob's where you have to get all answers correct. First person to get all 5 answers will get the trillion. I won't say if anyone has gotten partial answers right or not, I'll only announce when someone has all 5 right. It'll be up to the players to decide what answers they want to change and which ones to keep based on previous guesses and hints.

No, it'll be like Bob's where you have to get all answers correct. First person to get all 5 answers will get the trillion. I won't say if anyone has gotten partial answers right or not, I'll only announce when someone has all 5 right. It'll be up to the players to decide what answers they want to change and which ones to keep based on previous guesses and hints.

Oh i misunderstood i thought you meant you would call it out as everyone got one correct. I like this plan alot
