Funny. I did a profile for Jake in my project and it say "Hopefully ND will extend an offer to him and a $1.5M per offer to his father.
Could be after this year. Time will tell.
Not the biggest BVG fan over here, but I sure hope it isn't his last year. More than likely that means we watched serious regression on the defensive side of the ball that led to losses. Even though I'm not his biggest fan, I'd rather see him succeed and stay, than fail and leave.
2018 LB Dallas Gant in for II, Scout
Fast rising 4 star ATH UK commit, Craig 'Russ' Yeast from Center Grove HS in Greenwood, IN got an invite to II. No word if he has accepted.

Kid is an absolute freak.
Elite talent nationally for the jr class.
Going to be tough to beat urban and ann arbor here, but glad to get him on campus working with the coaches.
goes to a catholic school in Toledo, Ohio. Maybe DK can do some work here.
For some reason I remember seeing DK talk to him at a game on TV during one of the bye weeks this year.
Our 2018 class is loaded for II. I wonder how much that played into Phil's decision to go public, or if the staff pushed for it for that reason. It couldn't be better timing, as we still have a month to recruit 2018's to the event and now they have arguably the biggest name already committed, who wouldn't want to visit.
Is Phil coming back for II
Per the update in his thread prior to this most recent visit: most likely.I'm pretty sure he was before the commitment but I could be wrong. If he was I assume he will definitely now but cannot confirm.

Is this a confirmed list from our collective work of monitoring all sources or is this 247s list? Missing a lot of names.
confirmed list from 247
I believe Scout and ISD both confirmed Drew Jordan and Robert Cooper aren't coming as of now with actual quotes from the players themselves.

Who are the twins they are referring to and is the summer visit II?
Notre Dame has made some early traction with two of the nation’s best athletes in the 2018 class in Joshua and Jordan Moore, twins from Yoakum High School in Texas. The pair of four-star prospects have been in contact with running backs coach Autry Denson and are expected in South Bend at some point this summer.
We caught up with Joshua Moore to get some insight into his recruitment.
“Coach Denson and I have been in contact for a while now,” Moore told Irish Sports Daily. “Notre Dame isn’t going to offer us until we get up there. I don’t think they have had a chance to come down this spring, so we will get up there. It will be good to visit and meet with Coach. It’s one of my main schools to get to right now.
“I am going to call Coach Denson later on. I hope they can stop by next week, so I am going to check up on that”.
The 6-foot-2, 170-pounder figures to be one of the more electric players in the 2018 recruiting class and has already been doing his research on the Irish.
“It’s absolutely exciting to be recruited by Notre Dame,” explained Moore. “I am doing my homework on them right now. When they started recruiting me a couple months ago, I started researching them. I have been reading a lot on Google about them, so I am starting to learn more about Notre Dame.”
When you watch Moore’s film, you see big play after big play, so it’s not a surprise to hear him state he wants to be the best in the country and his goal is to be the best in the country.
“Every time I step on the field, I am out to get somebody and prove a point,” stated Moore. “I am out to prove why I am one of the best in the country. I am out to prove my name and why I feel like I am the best in the country. I’m out to prove something, so every game I have a chip on my shoulder.
“My passion for the game is unbelievable.”
At the next level, Moore could end up at receiver or safety, while his brother could play running back or safety. Moore doesn’t have a preference at this stage, as both positions will allow him to get after the football.
“I don’t have a preference on what side of the ball I play on,” he said. “Either one is fine with me. I will make plays wherever you put me.”
Moore has almost 20 offers before his junior year starts and he believes he has earned every one of them. Arizona State, Baylor, BYU, Houston, Michigan, Michigan State, Missouri, Oklahoma Texas A&M and Texas Tech have already offered, but Notre Dame and Oregon are close it pulling the trigger.
“It’s a blessing and it’s something I have dreamed about since I was little, so for it to start to come true, it’s al little overwhelming,” Moore stated. “It’s not really a surprise, because I knew they would come with the hard work I put in. It’s jus a wonderful feeling.”
Growing up, Moore was in a divided household, as his parents graduated from two local programs.
“I watched OU and Texas going up,” said Moore. “My mother graduated from OU and my father graduated from Texas A&M, so I am not sure how I got on the OU side, but I grew up watching those two programs a lot.”
In terms of summer visits, the Moore twins will be out and about quite a bit. The Midwest is likely to host a Yoakum stars for a tour, but no dates have been locked in.
“There are a few programs recruiting me hard,” explained Moore. “Michigan State, Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Texas A&M, Missouri and Arizona State would be the schools recruiting me the hardest right now.
“I want to see Michigan, Notre Dame and TCU for sure. Alabama and a few others will probably get visits.”
Academics will play a role in Moore’s decision, but it’s safe to say distance will not play a factor. Moore will look to find a comfort level at schools this summer, but also schools that can help him accomplish what he wants out of the college experience.
“Well first and foremost, I am looking at academics,” said Moore. “If they have a good academic system and I want to feel like I can achieve my greatest dream, which is playing in the league. Those are my main focuses right now. Distance isn’t a factor in my decision at all.”
