Fireball is a total bro drink. Hipsters wouldn't touch that stuff.

Apparently my wife got plastered on that stuff during a Vegas trip with my mom and her mom... According to stories they both had to carry her back to the room... Some daughter...

Thoughts?

Thought it was really good. Probably going to seek out some more.

Was in a store by my work last night and found some gems! Still had some KBS, Waldos, Bells Neptune, Avery Beast, Stone Oak Aged Double Bastard. Needless to say I bought them out of much of it.

You know, you are right, it is the small batch. That's good, you know your booze. Im going to have to learn a thing or two from you in the future

Not a problem. This conversation made me go and look at some of the samples that I had put away, needless to say tomorrow is going to be a great night for my taste buds and a bad night for my liver.

Stops in a store and finds KBS he says...

It's May 11th for God sakes... If you Mittenheads don't appreciate the fact you have a friggen national treasure in KBS, let Founders pick up and move to Indiana where their fruits won't languish in liquor stores for months. I mean, try and find some Dark Lord in a store on May 1st. Bwahahahahaha!

Nice, isn't the Original the 10yo? Probably one of the few Glenmos that aren't overpriced.

Berry's Caperdonich 1995 17yo for me.

Ah yes, I didn't notice. I like it. Plenty of flavor with just a few drops of water. Good value for an occasional sipper.

Sometimes it just takes going to the right store. A guy down here directed me towards a local convenience store that doesn't get much traffic. About a month ago, he found a bottle of 2013 Big Bad Baptist on the shelf.

That is amazing. I would love to find some more of those beers. I like Knee Deep's IPAs. I really want to try their Hop De-Ranged Quad IPA.

Not a problem.

Laphroaig 10 because after a bottle of wine and 2 pours of whisky my tastebuds are a little worn out.

How was the Chard? I gotta get a bottle of Soave Classico this weekend and some cheese to go with it

It was ok, but nothing special. I bought it for my MIL but she didn't drink it during her visit and I couldn't let it sit there forever. Generally I am not a huge fan of white wines though so take my opinion with a grain of salt

Should've used it for some risotto

Crazy, right? I don't even ask for it anymore, this time it got offered to me. As you can probably tell from the other bottles I purchased though, the store I went to wasn't super well travelled (kind of a suburban, family area). That being said, not sure if Founders released more in MI (like BCBS), suppose its a possibility.

Oh and Founders is fine right where they are!

Uinta Hop Nosh Tangerine IPA. Just ok for me. Don't get too much tangerine and also I think there's salt in there or something. Not bad, but not my favorite.

Uinta Ready Set Gose. This isn't very good either. Bitter and salty. I know salt can be present in a gose but this one isn't very good.
