I thought SAM linebacker from day 1 and I think he will outgrow the S spot. Honestly Spencer looks bigger Kaindoh. He's an SEC type athlete just plug him in somewhere and let him fly.

I stood close enough to Perry to see that he was 6'2" or maybe 6'3" which puts him two to three inches shorted. Don't get me wrong. He is a big guy for a defensive back. But he is way smaller than that picture makes him look.

He was on campus, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 2 1/2 days is a solid visit and Notre Dame did a heck of a job with him. He was talking to Ratigan for probably an hour at the game and was very engaged. Great move by ND.

If he left at halftime, who can blame him. He missed a running clock, where nothing happened. Guys do have to get back to their homes as well. He traveled with his coach, so I am guessing his coach didn't want to spend the entire weekend away from his family after coming up on Thursday.

Guessing because it's Maryland, and they aren't a powerhouse that can tell a kid he loses his spot if he plays the game. So he'll probably do so. JMO.

I just meant he can commit to Maryland now but I doubt he shuts the recruiting process down. He's one of the top 5 players in America and hopefully for our sake he takes OV and one is to ND. I know every staff in the country will be all over this recruitment.

I remember Redfield saying we gave him a lot to think about after his visit (was committed to USC at the time). That worked out well for us. Of course BVG has been giving him too much to think about ever since...

He left Gilman in Baltimore for IMG Academy in Florida. Gilman puts lots of kids in D1 schools (Ohio State, Michigan, Alabama, Penn State, Notre Dame, UVA...), and is top notch academically, putting a lot of kids in the Ivies. So he could have easily stayed, gone to a big time program, while getting a great education. I wonder what that stays about where he ends up? Maybe a little...
