Some people were just born to be successful. This kid is a top notch student. Probably had over 50 scholarship offers. 6'6 260. Guaranteed NFL prospect. Must be nice.

Declared for the NFL draft. His career didn't amount to much in the stat sheet, but he's thought of highly as one of the few leaders in their bad locker room from the past few years.

Y'all remember when we were freaking out that the 5 star pass rushers in the 2017 class weren't coming?

We just had no idea how historic the production would be from Gilmore's 2016 haul. Really the most impressive recruiting job since Vinnie and his Motorola Brick stalked the sidelines.

Agreed. They had 5 guys in that class, 4 DL and 1 LB who grew into a DL in Jamir, and they all hit. Outstanding development by Elston, but Gilmore really did a great job. I believe it was him who was able to get Kareem looking at ND again
