Schools like Tennessee, Ohio State and YES even Oklahoma. These fans view the "40 year decision" as an overused phrase that means nothing. A question for the stats and probabilities guys in the house...
Let's assume his mind is made up and he knows where he is going and Oregon was never in consideration.

That means there is a 100% chance he goes to ND or a 100% chance he goes to OU.

How does that translate by way of some mathematical probabilities principle into a percentage? Can that even be quantified mathematically?

Now I think the better way to look at this is Vegas style. I'd set the line at:

Kelly going to OU = 1:2

Kelly going to ND = 5:1
