I will bet big on Bielema when they play LSU. They are a tough bunch. Next week!

They just gave up 50+ points yesterday against a team that is not nearly as good as LSU. Again, it is possible, but not likely.

Also I want no part of Bama. Never did. Derrick Henry would run for 500 yards on us right up the middle.

I'd love to see the Irish get another shot at Clemson in the Playoff. But I'd feel more comfortable going against OSU in the Natty. I'd like a Natty re-match against 'Bama, but I think the Irish fare better against the Buckeyes.

I don't think OSU is getting there. I'd be surprised if they make it through MSU and particularly Michigan.

Maybe Kelly will leave to coach the Giants and Saban will come here and save us from the drought. It's reaching the point where it would be worth dipping into the endowment.

This is one of the most twisted, revolting things I've ever read. Release this man, satan!

This is how if like it to end.

1. Clemson
2. Urban
3. Baylor
4. ND

Let urban and Baylor whip each other and I know we're better than Clemson.

Yeah, we'd all hate to have a coach who wins every big regular season game against teams not named Auburn, and still wins most of the rest of them too. BK is Muffet but Saban is Geno.

If Saban ever considered ND it would be his own desire for a "unifying project" (like Nietzsche's ubermensch). Otherwise, he would probably avoid ND for the same reasons Urban did. I certainly don't think ND should change its standards for a coach.

Anyway, playing Saban tough will be enough for me. It will help recruiting a ton, too. 2017 is a top 5 class now and getting into the playoff will help it finish as one.

Who's talking about Muffet in a bad light? Unlike BK she has won a natty and beaten the other top coaches a ton of times in big games. My point is that in BK's time here Saban has always been in the way, and will probably be so again this year.

BK's an excellent coach. But let's not act like we're too good for Saban, or whatever.

Now, I know that Bama is a good team and likely is one of the top 4 teams in the country, but will the Ole Miss loss ever end up hurting them? I mean Ole Miss has proven themselves to be mediocre at best. Blown out by Florida (who is also very meh), owned by Memphis (LOL blown out by Navy), and just lost to Arkansas. I know that game was pretty flukey, but a loss is a loss.

Ok State being good is not....good.

I would logically jump ND with Ok State. That's a statement win. They still have Bedlam and Baylor, but I think they could win both.

I hope either Michigan or MSU just unloads on OSU.
ohh yeah... Boomer.

Any win over a Big 12 team is not worth 10 spots IMO. OK State doesn't need to be ahead of us. I'll get it if they are, but I don't think they're better than us because they handled TCU.

I'd have Iowa ahead of Okie St personally.

Everyone knew TCU was over-inflated. TTU almost handed them their ass. Took a miracle to do that.

I'm thinking something similar, but I hope we remain ahead of OK St and move up to #4 while they take our #5 spot. They should be ahead of Baylor at any rate, at least until Baylor plays their first test this week against Okie. No guarantee on all that though, and we certainly have to hope for continued Big 12 cannibalism with Clemson winning against FSU as expected. I don't realistically see anyone beating Clemson now till the playoff, but chaos can always happen.

Would never happen, and I don't want Saban. He's obviously a good coach, but I don't think he's a good fit, and it doesn't matter because I don't think he would come for any price.

I agree with this.. With our win over Pitt.. Navy beating Memphis, I have to believe ND takes 4, Ok st 5, and LSU 6?

Seems to me Ok St is getting tons of credit for beating a team that hasn't played a tough schedule and doesn't have any really solid wins... Yes, TCU was unbeaten... but they were #8 (if I'm remembering the initial poll correctly). How do you beat the #8 team and as a result jump from #14 to #4 in the polls? TCU will likely end up with 3 losses...

It seems to me that TCU is getting credit from last season. I know they had won 16 straight... but last year is last year. Maybe Ok St is the real deal, but I don't see how this most recent win proves it.
