Well technically that's half of the conversation on this board. Talks about the future ND football teams or certain recruits. I think Golson stunk last year. I think Eason is going to be a better college QB than anyone on Notre Dame's roster. You don't have to be insane to think that there is a chance that the number one QB and consensus 5 star player in the country will be more talented than a few 3 and 4 star players - players that have only been in college for a year or two. And regarding your last sentence, I guess I don't understand what you are trying to say. He clearly makes every throw in his highlights. Surely he makes mistakes but strictly talking about arm talent I don't think you would necessarily have to break out game film to see that he has that.

Your statement was that he has more throwing ability than anyone on our roster. That is a statement of current ability not future. Then you also said that comp pct. isn't the only way to measure accuracy. The only other way would be to watch actual game tape of every throw he makes, not just the ones they want you to see. I think Eason is a great prospect but again your statement was of current ability I don't even remotely agree.

I would agree with Drake that he looks like a more polished pocket passer than anybody on the current roster was as a HS junior. I wouldn't say he has an appreciably bigger arm than Wimbush, if at all. There's no doubt he's one hell of a prospect and I'd take him tomorrow if he was ready to commit, but there may be better fits for both parties out there.

Rumors/reports that Jacob reached out to Florida, Alabama, Michigan and Notre Dame. Could decommit if Richt is ousted at Georgia. Unfortunately, it sounds like Michigan would be the fave. Barf.

The scuttlebutt in Indy is that Harbaugh is number one on the list. And Irsay is willing to pay. I highly doubt Harbaugh would turn down such a solid NFL job.

I can't see it. If it was not his Alma Mater, then yes. I'd think he'd have more respect for his school ... but 10 mil is 10 mil. We'll see.
