By what mechanism, exactly, does a mom force a male college student to have sex with her daughter against his will? Not some legal textbook theory, but a way in which that hypothetical actually plays out in the real world?

If some woman seduces me and I cheat on my wife, I don't get to sue her if I regret it later.

The claims themselves are borderline unbelievable. But if they're true, he certainly has a claim against the tutor (though he's likely going to face a lot of skepticism about how much of it was actually coerced, given the gender reversal here). As for ND, everything will hinge on how much it "knew or should have known".

That's literally the only allegation in the entire complaint that refers to the football team in anyway. It's not directly relevant to this guy's allegations either, so I wouldn't sweat its effect on the Temple game.

There's no indication the anonymous plaintiff is one of our football players. In fact, one could read the line I quoted above as a negative inference that he's not.

Lucci and I initially thought this might be a disgruntled member of the Frozen Five angling for a payday, but the Complaint indicates that the plaintiff enrolled in 2014, which rules all of them out.

So no, you are not allowed to speculate on which football player it might be.

Another hint of BS in the document: It states that the student was at ND on an academic scholarship, which is a lie on its face. Notre Dame doesn't give academic scholarships. They're athletic or need-based, that's it.
