But wooly is entitled to his own opinion, and this is a place for him to display said opinions, too. It's not a one-way street.
Yeah but Koon's nonsense opinions are usually more football-related than Wooly's nonsense opinions.

Koon: "I think Jaylon Smith should start at Z-receiver against Clemson."
Wooly: "You're a pussy and I banged your cat last Tuesday."
That's where the problem is for me this is a message board. Everyone is entitled to post their opinion OF THE TOPIC AT HAND. Some freely post theirs, while others just want to freely post their opinion of other posters. And this isn't a single poster issue.

Wait one red second, here. This is completely inaccurate. This past quibble was the first "football related" (if you can call it that) debate I have had with Koon in ages. The ones before that were about his work ethic, cheating his employer and about peeing in the trough at the stadium.

Acting like I attack him every time he talks football is a straight up lie.

Wiz: "Wooly, you attack people"

Wooly: "STFU liar, you ESPN-suited up liar. Why don't you go do capitalism, liar"

;) I kid!

I thought I heard him say they were 1-6 after beating a team that ran the option. That number sounds more realistic then.

ND didn't play 7 option teams last season. I think Kelly was just relaying a percent. That teams that won versus an option had a 14% success rate (1W 6L or 1/7 percent)

He could have said teams went 30-180 or something but 1-6 is simpler. The main thing is how he defines an option team. He could have cherry picked some stats to make a point.

Not Notre Dame. All college teams. The math is correct if you consider Georgia Tech and Navy the only option teams.

I didn't say Notre Dame played 7 option teams. Kelly made the statement that teams that won against an option team last year went 1-6 the next week. As wizards then mentioned it works out because Navy and GT lost 8 games last year, and GT lost it's last game of the season therefore, the teams that beat them played a game the next week 7 times and went 1-6.

Nah, banker Wooly is the one whose wardrobe is controlled by "the man." I'm wearing a flannel shirt, brown jeans, and work boots.

You may be wearing a flannel shirt and brown jeans (because you're a lesbian), but LL Bean doesn't make work boots.

Nor does a guy that hasn't worked a day in his life need work boots. ;)

Don't you drive a Subaru Outback? That's the lesbianest car there is.

I drive a jet black F-150 King Cab.

It was at one point, and Subaru admits that. However, I think you fit this description probably a bit more than Wooly at this point......

Marketing Strategy Edit 6 16…
1. What is the firm's target market(s)

Subaru has a history of targeting an earthy, environmentally-friendly consumer and is known for having a strong hold on the gay and lesbian demographic. Although these are still viable markets for Subaru, the company has also branched out to the educated and even affluent consumer. The average household income of Subaru owners is $88,000. These owners are more likely to have a college education than others purchasing in the same class. They are also known for frugality and due to this were unaffected by the recession. In fact, 36% of Subaru owners purchased their cars with cash.

It is nothing against you......that description reads more of an Eastern US Accountant. Not meant to slight you.
I financed two cars three years ago when I was stupid. They're both paid for now but the wife and I want a bigger house before we upgrade vehicles.

Paying cash is great in theory, but once we had a baby, EVERYTHING has become a struggle, and cash simply isn't an option. Day care alone is a second mortgage payment every month.

Daycare is expensive, let alone good daycare. I feel ya.

Read Dave Ramsey's Total Money Makeover and/or listen to his radio show. Changed my life before I had the chance to mess it up too bad.

Lol no. Navy and Georgia Tech lost 8 games combined last year the number doesn't line up, nor does the number of games their combined opponents lost after they beat those 2 teams.

It goes back to what I said. Kelly was talking about across FBS. 1-6 isn't a literal 1-6, neither talking about ND opponents nor one specific team, but as the simplest aggregate expression of win-loss tendency in college football. 1 of 6 is more relatable than even 14%

again it goes back to how Kelly defines option. There's a lot of wiggle room with stats.

for what it's worth the record versus your 2 teams, GT and Navy is not good but it's like 3-5.

what that does is show that Kelly's broader point about adjusting in 3-4 days of practice back to a regular defensive scheme is valid, however he plays with the numbers

One of Georgia Tech's losses was in the final game of the season, so their opponent didn't play anyone the next week.
