I really want to see Manny embarrass this jackass. If he can keep up the pressure relentlessly and look like a windmill all fight long, I think he has a good shot. One thing I've been thinking about is that it's very difficult to hit Mayweather in the face due to his quickness and ability to avoid those shots. You can't get your body out of the way like that though. I'd love to see Manny just pound Mayweather's body and see what effect that will have in the latter rounds. Would likely cut most of Mayweather's speed way down, bring his hands down, and make the head an easy target later.
