He doesn't make you jump off your seat but I think he is still developing. In all his pics he looks like a skinny track kid, but now he's listed at 200 lbs. He may be growing into his body.

Recruiting Week In Review - Irish Sports Daily

Amir Rasul, RB, 5-11, 200, Coral Gables High School, Coral Gables, FL participated in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl underclassman combine last week. ISD spoke to him there and found out that while he currently holds a number of scholarship offers from top flight football programs there’s still one that he hopes to land, Notre Dame.
“Notre Dame is coming on strong,” Rasul reported. “I believe Coach Alford contacted my coach at my school and they shared a couple of words. He said they were going to come see me soon in Florida so I’m waiting on that.”
Rasul is familiar with some of the Florida recruits that ended up at Notre Dame.
“They have a back from Florida, Greg Bryant, who is pretty good,” he said. “They have another wide receiver from Florida, Corey Holmes, who went to St. Thomas Aquinas. They’re both very good, so I know they’re recruiting very hard in Florida.”
Miami, South Carolina, North Carolina State, South Florida and others have already offered a scholarship to the Florida standout but the lack of an Irish offer apparently hasn’t changed his feelings towards them.
“It’s very nice to have choices, but Notre Dame is still at the top of my list,” he shared.
Though he described the Irish as “at the top of my list” he was quick to point out that there are others there as well. Nonetheless, he really hopes to take a visit to South Bend and see the campus. He told ISD that he especially wants to see the chapel.
He has already taken a number of unofficial visits and described them as “OK” with “nice atmospheres.” He seemed more excited about his opportunity to compete at the Army game combine.
“It’s an awesome experience being able to see most of the competition and getting to compete and seeing new faces and being around new people,” he said.
Rasul described the attributes that not only make him a complete back but a highly recruited one as well.
“Speed, size, I’m able to get into the hole and get to the outside and catch the ball out of the backfield,” he said.

A little early for that for me. I find it more worrisome - the fact that he committed so early and it's already shaky. It could be a number of things or it could be nothing but I'm not ready to get my hopes up for him coming to ND yet.
