Ya. But if #13 beats #18 and #3 in the same week, you figure that's a jump to #7/8. Then just need a couple upsets. I forget how high we got ranked in 2010-2011. I want to say #4?

Out-rebounded 26 to 43. The difference was offensive rebounds, obviously, 6 to 21.

Good win in a tough venue. The offense was pretty terrible near the end and the rebounding, as per usual, was awful. We have the athleticism to make an unprecedented run, but the rebounding will be the limiting factor. That and Brey's inevitable brain fart in the early rounds of the tournament.

Also, I haven't watched enough ACC basketball to know, but I hope some of those ticky-tack calls were just because the game was at UNC.

Announcers were saying ND hadn't played that solid of a schedule---have you looked at UVA's? THat is nothing to brag about either...

I work with alot of UNC fans, a lot. They are going to have a really long, looooong day tomorrow. I had them so mad at me after they lost to Iowa.

"Iowa?! Iowa!! I didn't even know that they had a team. There's only like 6 people live in Iowa. Do they all play basketball?

Do they even have an indoor court? No wonder they won, they were just excited to play inside, in the heat!"

And so on and so on.... Yea, gonna have a big time tomorrow. Might have to hang the Notre Dame flag tomorrow.

Thought the refs did all they could to help them. Those last couple fouls on Grant were weak, also the quick timeout off the missed Vastoria free throw, there were some questionable calls for sure.

It was even worse than that.....what, 8 or 9 minutes without a bucket in the last 12 minutes of the game? Multiple unforced TOs down the stretch? And they still won? At UNC? Man, I'll take that and sneak out of town. Not a big Roy Williams fan, so I really do love it.

I don't follow ND basketball recruiting nearly as close as I do for ND football, but hopefully games like last night will attract some good recruits
