This week has really turned a 180.
Brothers*WELL if him and Crager(out of it now but prior) seem to be about the same, i would take him as it can't hurt w/ his younger bro who looks pretty explosive
This week has really turned a 180.
Aliz'e Jones' scheduled OV to 'Bama in January bummed me out a bit.

Now it just seems like 1 buzz kill after another.
What's the bad news (I've not really been paying attention)? I thought the news was good regarding ESB.
Actually I was refering to the Jack Arute statement, possible Folston & Bryant suspension. but, know it seems we have a good shot with ESB and Jones, so a positive 180 I'm talking about.Sure seems that way to me too. I was giddy and optomistic at the start of the week. Now it just seems like 1 buzz kill after another.

Luckylucci mentioned in the Alize thread that ESB is favoring ND. I will take a 6'5" leaper at WR any day of the year. Sure hope we land him!
What doesn't make sense with the "commit at AA game" thing is that it was reported a long time ago that he has agreed to announce on ESPNU on NSD.
I would take Cager now and then find a spot for ESB. We know someone is going to leave early or transfer. It happens EVERY year
Find it hard to believe we turned down Cager for the future hope of ESB. Worst case, we take both. That's not so bad.

Unless ESB is the dreaded, 'silent commit'. ISD has said for weeks that its 1 WR and Aliz'e or just 1 WR.
As of now, six prospects are slated to announce their college decision at the Under Armour All-America Game in Orlando, Fla. on Jan 2.
Fort Bend (Texas) Marshall five-star cornerback Kendall Sheffield will decide among Texas A&M, Alabama and Florida State. The Aggies hold 89 percent of the 36 247 Sports Crystal Ball forecasts. Sheffield is the nation's No. 3 cornerback according to the 247Sports Composite.
The country's No. 2 receiver in five-star Tyron Johnson will choose between LSU, Oklahoma State and Texas Tech among others. The Tigers hold 75 percent of the 36 forecasts for the New Orleans (La.) Warren Easton playmaker. Others hanging in for Johnson include Auburn, Georgia and Oklahoma State.
Alabama holds 93 percent of the 53 247Sports Crystal Ball forecasts for Birmingham (Ala.) Shades Valley Top50 defensive tackle Daron Payne, with Auburn being the main competition. Payne is the country's No. 6 defensive tackle.
It will be Notre Dame or USC for McKinney (Texas) North Top100 running back Ronald Jones II. The Irish are the 247Sports Crystal Ball favorite but it would be no surprise to see him leave Florida as a Trojans commit. Jones is ranked as the nation's No. 9 running back by the 247Sports Composite.
Oklahoma holds the advantage on the 247Sports Crystal Ball over Texas for Dallas (Texas) Skyline linebacker Anthony Wheeler, the country's No. 10 outside linebacker in the 247Sports Composite rankings. Baylor and LSU are included in the final four.
Manassas (Va.) Stonewall Jackson Top100 defensive tackle Tim Settle took official visits to Virginia Tech, Washington State, Louisville and Oklahoma State. USC rounds out his top five.
This list is always subject to change and grow during the week. Players arrive the weekend of Dec. 27.
