Indy IE members, how has Kirkland looked this season?
Is the communication with him a zero at this point? Would seem a storybook situation to have the top 3 players from Indiana, all LB's, go to play together in college.
Michigan's current state of affairs would probably create an opening to re-engage.
I assume that nothing has been added to this thread since May for a reason.
.
Not sure we ever offered, but I think it would be hard to pull him away when it appears he never had any genuine interest in us. 247 timeline doesn't even show him unofficialing to us.
Guess we're moving on from Coney at MIKE.
Funny how things shake out when the season starts.
Yeah, people tend to stay away from dumpster fires.

Next Friday him and Bilal go head to head.

No shit, you are sooo right. As ND fans, I think we all relate to "down" years but nothing like the backlash fuckigan is going through.
If Bilal shows up
Bilal and Ben Davis gave up 450+ yards rushing to Carmel tonight so maybe the italics weren't needed? lol
Sounding like Carmel could play with anyone in the country. 4500 students helps.
.
We never offered because he was a MIKE-only prospect we weren't interested in at the time. Don't know why we'd be interested now unless it has to do with missing on Hilliard + maybe missing on Coney/Bilal.
Lax on the money back in September.
Hell, i'll take the #1 player in IN (on a loaded year for IN) as a 3rd or 4th option. A lot has changed as far as our needs since the beginning of the cycle. Back when he committed to Michigan, we were a bad fit for him and vice versa. Funny how things change so quickly.
