This is a tough one to bet. Stanford is favored mostly because of home field, but the Stanford fan base can be boring. USC could end up having more real fans at this game.

ND usually has more fans at Stanford but is 0 for 3 in the last 3 trips to Stanford Stadium.

McG,

Both ND and Stanford are favored at home by 3.5 but while ND pays at .57 for a WIN Stanford pays .62. Likewise the WIN pay rate is higher for UM than USC.

Shouldn't the WIN pay rate be the same for ND and Stanford and correspond lay the same for UM and USC who are both 3.5 dogs?

3-4 penalties already. Both teams looking sloppy. I expect it from USC, but STanford is surprising with the mess ups.

I hate usc more than any school... would hate them a tiny bit less if they learned another song than the only one they know

That isn't always the case. I think Stanford was actually -3 and i always bump it a .5. So the money lines don't always correlate. And actually, I'm pretty sure point spreads don't always correlate across games regarding money lines. It's all how that specific game is being bet by the public. Lax would prob know that.

Well USC could be scary good with that uptempo. I'll be tuned in until THE GAME tonight.

Thing is is that usc has no depth, by the end of the season they might be banged up and could be a completely different team when we play

Hogan looks turrble. That delivery motion feels like it takes 5 seconds alone

Should of been a pick in the red zone. He was staring a hole through that receiver on the play!

Hogan was channeling Tommy R at his worst at the end of that last series.

Frankly, this USC team looks no better than the one coached by Kiffin/Orgeron. The young skill talent should be special eventually though.

Stanford is Stanford. Big and physical, minimal talent at offensive skill positions. Few teams can match their strength up front though... I'm very doubtful we can.
