He started off as "the guy" and by mid season or before he was giving up carries to Cam. He really needed another season to hone his game, but I think he felt he and his father knew better than the coaches. He just didn't seem to take direction well.

Could have a degree right now. Missed Opportunities.

Not much. Was on practice squad most of the season, then played in like 5 games on ST. Never even used as an RB.

Based on preseason....yes. Thought Hughes might catch a break due to experience, run blocking or maybe ability to catch ball out of the backfield. Looks like that was a no.

Playing for the Raiders again, currently 4th string. Picked up 97 yards on 5 carries, one dropped pass, although it looks like it was against other 3rd stringers in a preseason game.

I thought the same. Still relying solely on his speed. Paid off for him against backups in the preseason game, he's going to get crushed against starters if he makes the cut.
