Probably just no legitimate interest. He was excited by the offer, but I guess that didn't come into fruition and he moved on. On the flip side, ND is after other prospects right now that they probably like better and have a better chance with.

I highly doubt they like many players better than CeCe. The staff has likely moved on but it would've been nice to be in this race because he is almost 100% at the top of the board for his position.
