Overall, pretty upset with my ticket guy. First he lies to me about keeping the field grass, now they're not selling Michigan tickets. He has 10 laps with his name on.

Scalping actually works pretty well at ND, especially when it gets about an hour before kickoff. That's when ticket sellers start to lower their prices.

My dad, brother, and I once got 3 tickets for $5 each by scalping

I called them, they said at no point are Michigan tickets going on sale to the public. You can check back with them one week before the game and they might have some to sell but they're not sure.

Fuck.

So does this mean the only option is stubhub/some other 3rd party for those who don't want to wait until the last week to see what happens?

No, of course not. They didn't really MEAN that there would be no Michigan tickets going on sale to the general public. Just send them your credit card info, and I'm sure that they will find some tickets to the game for you!

If next year is anything like this year, the Texas and USC tickets will never make it to the public either. Which is really unfortunate; I'd rather go to the Texas game than the Michigan game

Well the site is crashing. Quit working at least 15 mins before tickets were to due to go on sale. It really should not be that hard to prepare for increased web traffic that you no for certain will occur.
