To piggyback on that, hell yes I soliloquy be glad to get him! He has been blowing up this summer, and whether he plays WR or TE is of no significance to me. Just throw it up there, he'll go and get it. Add him tomorrow and we have had quite the three day run of picking up great kids that not only fit in very well here, but have tremendous upside with their abilities and what they can do on the football field! Overall I really like the class, and as ways just win and the rest will take care of itself.

Well said Yankee...I really love this kid's game. His thread is the first thread I look for when I visit (50 times a day). I think his game will translate well to the collage game. Him and Robinson in the Red Zone? Awesome.

I agree, too much stock is put into the star system. I think Weiss made that more prevalent because he didn't develop the talent on the roster. Kelly makes it more exciting for me because I know he will get the most out of the kids he brings in. If we are getting these 3* kids before July, then I am not worried at all. They are better than we are giving credit for. Plus it's much better than scrambling in Jan and Feb to fill roster spots.

Apparently there is also some linebacker and a tweener with physique trending towards Eric Cartman who are going to "shock the world" by committing to the school everyone knows they're going to. Hopefully they don't completely overshadow just how big this pickup (hopefully) is.

Anyone paying attention knew Hilliard was going to OSU days ago, Sykes is an unfortunate situation but not a major loss, and Boykin is a nice talent but not a program changer and would be coming in to a position we have always recruited pretty well (and are pretty stocked in).

I have faith IE would keep it together lol, but I don't think we are going to have to worry about it. Everyone is feeling ND here.

You underestimate me.

I have no idea what's going on with Sykes, but stickily from a football perspective, I'd rather have Kolin Hill, Nyles Morgan, Drue Tranquill, and even Greer Martini ahead of him, so if we were to lose anyone, we lost the right one, IMO.

I don't believe it's about losing a a depth player. It is the possibility that he is getting screwed over by the school.
