I really like this kids film. You don't let talent like this leave Indiana. Lock it up.
This. If there is a kid in state that is going to play major D1 football I want him at ND (unless he is just a p.o.s.)
@AnnaHScout: 4-star LB Asmar Bilal breaks down day @ Notre Dame, draws high praise from BVG & talks leader & decision timeline ($) Scout.com - College and High School Football, Basketball, Recruiting, NFL, and MLB Front Page
-Elston talked to Bilal a lot about academics. He mentioned that ND led the nation with a 94% grad rate.
-They like him at WILL. The staff thinks he fits the Jaylon Smith mold.
-BK seems to be putting a little bit of pressure on him. BK told Bilal that spots are filling up fast and there might not be any linebacker spots left (BK having confidence in landing Hilliard?).
-Still plans on taking his visits this summer and a decision at the end of summer is possible.

I'm expecting BK to put the same pressure on Boykin

94%...wasn't 99% then 96% now it's down to 94. Smh

Thats what happens when Tuitt, Niklas, Atkinson III leave early
I thought that players leaving for the draft does not count against graduation rate?
I could have sworn that's true.
As long as they are in good academic standing, that's what I remember as well.
Per Loy, we went for the commitment on his visit yesterday and he wasn't ready to give it. Loy thinks this is a tight race with Michigan but we are in good shape. The staff is really high on Bilal but what do you do if Adonis Thomas is blown away and wants to commit on Aug. 1st? Interesting scenario to play out this next few weeks.
I thought Houston was high on us too.
He's visiting but it seems like an insane long shot at this point. I'm going to wait and see how his visit goes and go from there. Even if he gives it high remarks, I'll still be skeptical that we have a legitimate shot. Also, he'll be deciding after we want to be full.
Unless we feel like taking about 6 linebackers this year...
