State trooper for 12.5 years. On the list for a promotion to Sergeant(test). Also at the top of the list to be promoted to Investigator(performance). I also run a hydroseeding business on my days off to go along with coaching my 14 and 12 year old daughter's basketball teams.

I own and operate several small businesses. Bought in to my main business(the one I work at every day) when I was 20. Still for the most part love it. Don't really like the employees part of it though.
Also have some rental properties, a growing storage business and my newest project a subdivision. Just made the first payment today actually.
Sorry kind of left out what the business is.
We have a retail sporting goods store. mainly fishing but dabble in lots of things. Kind of like a very small version of bass pro shops. Then we have a wholesale version where we deliver Minnows, Worms, Crickets ect. along with tackle to lots of other small Bait and tackle stores. We have three fish farms here in northeast Missouri where we raise all kinds of sport and game fish along with bait fish.

Reps.
I've moved inside now, but I'll always be EMS.
The stories I could tell.....

Ahh, the stories indeed. You EMS types deal with some crazy, messed up, dangerous stuff. I never have to pull anyone from a car that's about to catch on fire, climb down into a ravine to drag someone out, or look for body parts on the side of the road. My hat's off to you guys in a big way.

I'm a law student at ND. Honestly the fact that I'm here is probably the only reason I stuck it out.

I'm going to clerk for a judge after graduation. It's a fabulous job to learn, network, and, honestly, not work too hard for a year.

Just recently switched from doing project management, surveying and construction grade staking for primarily federal habitat restoration projects to being a designer/project manager for a design build construction firm that does mostly high end residential work. I also do consulting arborist work.

3rd year law student. I'll graduate with a certificate in Health Law. After graduation I'm moving to Cincy to be with the future Mrs. Rack Em and start my Masters in Health Administration. Ideally I'll end up as someone who sits in the Gold Seats at every home game.

Oh man. I just finished my emergency med rotation an it sure is a special place. There are things that happen there that you won't see anywhere else in society. I have all the respect in the world for you guys.

It's never dull, but yeah, you see some crazy $hit. A lot of it is mundane. Some of it is gut-wrenching and sad. Some of it is rewarding beyond measure. Every now and then you get something that makes you laugh until you can't breathe.

Spent 20 years in the USAF as an aircraft mechanic and production superintendent. Work in supply chain for an auto parts retailer now. Ultimately, I'm want to get into HR and consulting as I'm finishing up my Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I'd like to teach online college classes as well on the side.

My daughter in law is an Xray tech in the emergency room. She works the graveyard shift. She's brought home a few strange and funny X-Rays to look at, including a guy with a Hot Wheels car in his rectum.

I own a commercial collection agency with offices in Pittsburgh and Atlanta. So if anyone owes you or your clients money, get at me for that IE special I just started running 48 seconds ago.

I've worked in developing American football internationally since finishing school in 2007. As strange as it sounds, growing the game globally has been my passion since I was 7 years old and I was fortunate to land really the only job in it when I finished school. I've had to travel quite a bit (34 countries in 6 years) and spend weeks at a time away from my young family, but it's been a rewarding experience and my "dream" job. I think we've accomplished quite a bit since 2007 as the game is blowing up in a lot of countries (China, Brazil, etc), but my most proud accomplishment is writing the Olympic recognition application for American football, which was approved in December.

I recently decided to venture out on my own and start a non-profit to develop the game worldwide, and to really just "do good" with football by promoting Olympism, education, etc. It will be announced in the next few weeks along with a few projects that may (hopefully) have ND ties.

I also do consulting work related to international football (sport and business).

That sounds like a glorified way of saying "I teach foreigners how to throw a football."

JD = Juris Dickhead

Seriously...

See I've actually been pleasantly surprised by my classmates where I go. It's very much been a "we're all in it together" sort of experience for the most part. And I'm about to finish up 2L so I don't really think dynamics are going to change much since everyone's place in the class is already set.
