Maurice Jones Drew is visiting Pittsburgh today per Schefter.

I would love this pick up. LeVeon Bell and MJD would be a great 1-2 punch

$32m over 4 years. Can void to $24m over 3 years with $15.5m guaranteed. Not bad for a guy with 7 consecutive seasons with double digit sacks.

Bears got a steal. Wonder what Seattle did to botch their deal?!?

didnt offer Allen the dollars he wanted most likely. no sense for them to break the bank for a guy like him. they didnt resign their own expensive FA's, they weren't gonna take someone elses

I just glanced at Allen's stats from last year and he had more than half of his sacks in the last five games. Not sure how much he has left in the tank but that's a good sign.

Pats restructured with Wilfork for 3 years.

Probably ruins the Nix to NE mock drafts.

Also between injured players and free agents, the team they will be fielding this year is stacked compared to the one they had in the playoffs. Revis, Browner, Mayo, Wilfork, Kelly on D. Gronk (eventually) and LaFell on O. Not too shabby.

He's still 32 and with a 3 year deal. I could easily still see them drafting Nix.

I'd love it personally. Its still a huge need. Just think they go a combo of WR/TE/DE with their first 3 picks but I would be more than thrilled with Nix

Damn I was hoping Pats would re-sign him but Belichick is so weird with RBs. He should be a good fit there.

He fits the mold of a classic Steelers running back. A big, physical runner that is hard to take down. He and LeVeon Bell will be a great 1-2 punch

Michael Bush couldn't fall forward for a yard with the Bears last season.

The guy moon-walked with the ball in his hand. Can't believe how bad he was. I really thought he was a good fit in Chicago, but the dude was horrific.

He was serviceable Lovie's last season but was abysmal last season. I think they need a scat back to compliment Forte and start to limit his touches and prolong his career.

Bigger disappointment for the Bears was Chester Taylor. Thought he would be a great complement to Forte, never happened.

I don't know how much he has left in the tank. RB life expectancy in the NFL
is like 5 years, especially if you're the featured back getting 25/30 carries and
pounded daily. Johnson has talent but we are talking the Jets here. LOL
