Oh, I don't think he'd sign with a school he hasn't visited, would he? If he doesn't visit UT I won't be anxious about Kolin.

He has been there - just not on an official. The real thing that scares me is the chance that Strong gets into his living room. That would be the only thing to make me nervous.

Kolin is seems to be a very quality kid with a quality family base as well. I highly doubt he would be an NSD day flip. They have a high regard for ND and our staff. Probably why he doesn't visit at UT at all.

Strong has a lot of recruiting to do and very little time to do it. He needs to identify where to cut his losses and where Texas is still in it. From that perspective, I think a recruit who won't OV is probably a guy that Texas isn't going to spend a lot of time and effort on.

EDIT: of course I just realized how close to campus Hill lives. So I guess visiting with him takes less effort than usual.

Yeah, if he has a good in-home tonight, I simply do not see him flipping to Texas without an OV. The OV is basically required for him to get to know Strong, the DC, etc. over the course of a weekend. He has no relationship with those guys relative to Kelly/Cooks. I mean it "could" happen, but I have a hard time picturing it.

Uh, Jake, it's your job to break that news. When you whine about never being around when it breaks, you are only reinforcing to those who pay attention that you break nothing and basically bring nothing at all to the table. This is like a party that's winding down. BK found someone to take home with him. Strong is at the same party, but hasn't found anyone. He's now running around talking to all the chicks (Hill, Yeargan, etc.) out of desperation. The girls see the desperation in his eyes and they don't want any part of it.

Having said that, relax gents. He's not going to flip, especially with BK coming in to finalize things.

you are def right, but i think the reason being is that he was coming from louisville...franklin was coming from the SEC, sark--well usc is usc...same thing w/ peterson--he was coming from boise and he hasn't made a splash either
