I'm sure he will flip the Crystal Ball to USC closer to NSD if he thinks BK couldn't win him and his family over during the in home.

Yeah probably. In my book that's the same thing as being wrong though. Regardless he has an amazing track record.

I hear what you are saying, but it's really hard to be wrong about these things unless you are guessing on the actual day they announce and miss. Putting in a Crystal Ball for a team knowing the kid won't actually announce for a while is basically just saying you think that team either has the lead and/or should win out in the end.

Like I mentioned to Kuehjna, I think that Steve made his ND Crystal Ball for Juju when things were seriously trending in ND's direction. With all they do to compete on those Crystal Ball points, it would make no sense for him to change that early prediction unless he was 100% sure Juju was going to USC. I think he changes it when he is sure - he simply isn't sure yet and probably won't be until after the in homes are completed.

Tidbits Loy got from him, in addition to the stuff Wiltfong got from him earlier:
--wasn't bothered by the weather, apparently he lived in Iowa for a time.
--CBK told him that we have a need for a playmaker at KR/PR and the coaches want him to compete at that position.
--hosted by Cole Luke, who told him that ND is a real good school and there is playing time available for a freshman CB.
--may wait till NSD but may commit earlier if a school feels right ... but not till after his Ole Miss visit next week.

Sounds like an overall great visit for us.

Be nice to get into Curtis. I really wanted Malchi Dupre. His upside is incedible. Look at us getting into Lousianna

Ha anyone know how tall BK is? Would love to know Alexander's real height. Looks like he's got a solid 2 inches on Kelly.

Look how straight and stiff BK is. He's trying his best not to look to short in the picture! lol

This would be a nice add, and the bonus is we pull one form a talent rich state. If he can help at KR/PR, bring him on.

Best thing about Terrence is he is from John Curtis and Louisiana. Both places that would be great for us to get our foot in the door.

It's really refreshing seeing a CB tape that has them, you know, back pedaling and defending well thrown passes. Most of the ones you see are them intercepting some horrifically thrown pass.

Judging by that highlight video, he's every bit of 5'10", if him being a couple inches up on BK didn't prove it. I'd guess he's closer to 5'11" than 5'9".

John Curtis and Terrence Alexander didn't play so tall against Aquinas in New Orleans on Sept 14th. Nic Bosa and south Florida speed and fitness got the better of a Louisiana charter school. Who's your daddy, John Curtis? Who's your daddy, Norcross, Georgia? Who's your daddy, Bishop Gorman? Who's your daddy, Don Bosco? This spring, will you be coming to south Florida for seven on seven competition? You will have a better chance for success going against Texas or California high school talent.

This kid is special. Height is probably the reason he isn't highly ranked. You just have to look at film to see what type of player he is.

Is 5'10" really that much of a concern for a CB?

In today's game with much taller and athletic WR's it definitely can be. However, each situation is going to be different and the prospect can have other traits that can make up for the height differential. Playing the ball in the air, jumping ability and good technique are a few. More than likely he'll start out as Nickel CB and won't have to worry about playing outside WR's

Well, Who's your daddy?

Concerning his height, isn't Honey Badger 5'9"?

I played with a guy (briefly) who wasn't very tall...his name was Darryl Green. They didn't pass his way much.

WOW!!! great senior film!! Love his attitude, fluid hips, breaks well on the ball, brings the wood when he needs too and can return punts. watch out this kid could be an All American in a couple years. Wherever he goes they will be getting a steal with him only being a 3 or 4 star.
