GO WILDCATS!

GO WILDCATS!

Entering their game with KSU tonight, Michigan has a 0.00001 point lead, 0.073302 to 0.73301, in the All-Time Winning Percentage Battle. A Michigan loss restores Notre Dame to its rightful place atop the All-Time List, a lead which was held for from 1947 until 2004 when Malloy and Willingham gutted the program.

ALL-TIME WINNING PERCENTAGE THROUGH 12/28/13 9:00 pm

HTML:
	W	L	T	∑	W %
UM	903	315	36	1254	0.73445
13	7	5	0	12	0.58333
	910	320	36	1266	0.73302

ND	865	301	42	1208	0.73344
13	9	4	0	13	0.69231
	874	305	42	1221	0.73301

After Frank Leahy "retired" and Terry Brennan's first season in 1954 ND was at 0.081136.

Contrary to popular belief ND's slide didn't start with Boston College in '93. It's been a roller coaster overall declining slope. Only Parshegian at 0.83621 exceeded the All-Time Winning Percentage of THE PROGRAM through 1954.

We're #1!

We're #1!

All-Time

I've turned on the #1 sign atop my house.

UM's rout by KSU drops them to 7-6 and lowers their all percentage to 0.73244 which is lower than ND's 0.73301!

Can't believe I'm saying this but I think Shane Morris is going to be a freaking stud in the coming years. Dude has a absolute cannon. No idea he had that type of speed either.

Kansas State costs Notre Dame a championship in 2012, gives the Irish the all-time winning percentage in 2013.

It's not a net positive for KSU in my book.

0.o Their loss got us into the championship… they didn't cost us a championship.

First of all, my seven year old stayed awake until the end of the KSU-UM game. I didn't even have the guts to look and the clock, but it must have been late! And the little sucker is still asleep! I will get him up shortly.

A couple of points on posts.

1) Mgoblog is a sorry collection of douche rockets.

2) It would have been nice if both Oregon and KSU hadn't lost last year, and KSU would have been the preferred opponent, but if wishes were horses, then beggars would ride. I am not sure that Snyder would not have been able to expose the Irish weaknesses last year.

3) I heard everyone raving about Shane Morris last night. And I though, "What a bunch of bull! What Michigan has is their own Tommy Rees, with a stronger arm, left handed, and no where near the character of our Tommy." What I mean by that is with all the tools Shane has, he also has some severe limitations. See the last real high school game he played against Jimmy Byrne's ST Iggy shiitstompers (no disrespect intended.) And watch next year. Good defenses are going to be able to run him like a pin ball. I bet. Especially if the line doesn't come together; remember the question, "Next year who are their tackles going to be?"

If only he had some receivers to throw to. Not worried.

Michigan fans seem to think their receiver/TE corps are positions of strength going forward. From their 247 board:

Michigan will soon have a bunch of really good receivers. I can not wait to have Ways, Harris, Canteen, Funchess, Butt, and Campbell. In someways Ways stride reminds me of Breaston.

Whoops, looks like our friend's dreams of Campbell might have been a bit premature. I too am excited for Butt's impact (tee hee).

But in all seriousness, outside of Funchess I see a roster of guys who have yet to make it to campus (Harris is set to EE) or have yet to show anything on the field.

Peppers is an absolute monster, but it remains to be seen whether Michigan's staff can develop players, so...
